The lady at the front is super rude. It was our first time at Phuket on 01/02/24 around 6 pm. When we came we ordered inside. The lady was very RUDE💩, kind of in a big rush, there was 2 people in front of us and then 3 came after. All for take out. She was trying to get the order super fast, rushing- even we asked question about serving size she was saying I don’t know this I don’t know that. Then my husband showed her a picture of THEIR DISH FROM GOOGLE pictures- asking what that dish is as he wants to order the same- she says they don’t have a website and it’s not their dish🥴 . The in the middle of our order she was apologising to other people for the wait. I felt that we r doing something wrong.I felt very uncomfortable and intimidating. She just wanted to be done with our order.
She was rude to everyone who came in but as majority of people came for take out I guess they didn’t realise it that much as we did as we ordered inside.
FOOD ALSO IS NOT SUPER TASTY. I would say 3 of of 5 huge portions though.
They didn’t pack our food can properly,1 bag broke on the parking lot and the 1 container fell down on the ground.
After our order I decided that I don’t want to tip her as it’s the worst customer service I had in years. ( it’s fir take away)When she saw the receipt she loudly said - unbelievable and ran away. I just don’t understand this attitude. If you provide customer service I always tip. You need to provide this service. What you were expecting the tip for. For not even properly packing my food...
Read moreNo stars for food because it’s terrible. I ordered tom yum soup, customer service is lazy with communication. The restaurant was empty during lunch, that alone I should have just went somewhere else. My food took 5 minutes to prepare for take out, usually every place is 10-15 minutes. So it’s probably old. They give no eating utensils or napkins for take out..The food itself was warm, not hot and didn’t even look appetizing. This was the worst tom yum soup I’ve ever seen, extremely greasy and oily.. idk where they got the idea to make it this way but it was not tom yum soup, it tasted disgusting and greasy. Oil doesn’t belong in Thai soup at all.. Nothing about this is tom yum soup.. not to mention the fact the menu lists all of the ingredients for the soup and oil isn’t one of them… so what the heck. Maybe look up recipes online or ask other Thai places for advice so you can make better food. Not sure where the chilli paste was at but hey it’s no good in tom yum soup anyway. Nothing even worth going back to or trying to get the $8 back for a “soup”. I would hate to see what the rest of the menu looks like...
Read moreStrongly advise against dining here. DONT EAT HERE. They burnt my food, and their customer service is a joke! My experience was beyond disappointing.
I asked for a refund for the burnt dish, not the entire order, a fair and reasonable request considering I couldn't even eat it. Instead, they insisted on in-store credits, requiring me to return the food. With a 30-minute drive and having already spent an hour getting there, expecting me to come back for some $20 credit to eat your terrible food again is crazy!! I waited patiently to hear back for a couple weeks but nothing was done so I’m writing this review.
To add insult to injury, the rest of the order was equally disastrous – Pad Garlic burnt, Pad Thai with overcooked noodles, and Chicken Satay dry. Not a single item on the order met the basic standards.
For a restaurant to push "in-store credit" as a resolution, they should reflect on whether their food has any value worth coming back for. I wouldn't spend another dime here. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a...
