T.J. Maxx — Local services in Chesterfield Township

This was my 1st visit to this store in 2 years. After tonight, I'm back!!! So much to discuss..

The staff are some of the sweetest, kindest folks you'll ever meet. Cass the Manager and Deborah the cashier went above and beyond to help me with an issue. The floor staff always smile and offer help!

The store redesign is wonderful. So clean!!

I actually went in to hit the new designed beauty section. Unbelievable! I found my fav ombre hair spray, Amaro IGKfor 9.99! It sells for 21.00 on line!!! My bed Head mousse only 9.99! 20.00 on line!!

Ahuge array of fun designer cosmetics for women of all colors of rainbow! From creamy ivory white to deepest Expresso they have your foundation, powder, eyeshadows, highlighter, primers, concealer and those things you wanted to try out!

Iman Cosmetics, Katy Perry, Gucci!! You name it they have it waaaaaayy less self Tanner's to name a few. I purchased a wonderful hair and body oil with real 24K gold flakes for 5.99. Sells for over 25.00 a bottle usually!

24 karat Gold Face Masks, Collagen Powders Galore and collagen drink shots you'd easily pay over 100 a cannister for on line! Very cheap!!

Coach Loafers, Timberland, Michael Kira, Vans , Tretorns and more very cheap in shoe department!

The foods section is well stocked and clean! In past, I'd never buy food items from TJMaxx due to shelves disarray and dust. Not any more!! Starbucks Kcups 5.99!!! Yes!!! Much off retail!!

I literally never made it to clothing!😂😀

This is a good TJ Maxx in terms of selection and opportunities to find deals, but the line is always so long! And I was at the register for almost 30 minutes trying to return an online order from just days earlier and it was a total mess! The company needs to make it easier for the employees to ring in the returns. I would say don’t even bother trying to return it to the store, just mail the return back. I thought it would be easy because I used my TJ Maxx credit card on the TJ Maxx app and it was still a mess. The employee who was helping me was very rude to me and kept getting upset and giving me rude stare down looks. I think she was having a bad day so I do feel bad for her and give people grace but it was very uncomfortable. Other patrons noticed as well. She also got loud with me at times and was excessively rude, even on my worst day I would never treat people like that especially at my work when getting paid to do a job.

I really thought about every time I have been here, and I don’t think I have ever had a 5 star review experience here so I do feel the 3 star is pretty accurate. This last time was 100% a 1 star and other times maybe 2-4. I have waited in line here for over 30...

The lady with the ridiculous haircut at the register needs to find another job. I brought a pair of pants to be returned a few days after I bought them. Receipt said returns accepted within 30 days with receipt. Immediately gave me an attitude and acted like I was ignorant for trying to return them. She said they can't be worn and you need the tag to return them.... The receipt says nothing about that, and every other store I've been to only requires the product and the receipt within 30 days. Asked for the the manager, she finally came to the register with about 20 people behind me in line. Did absolutely nothing to solve the situation, and then walked away to open up another register which she should have already done 10 minutes ago. All this over a $12 pair of pants. My receipt clearly showed that I bought a lot more than just that and I was just trying to return one pair. If this is how customers are treated here I will never shop at...
