Old Navy — Local services in Chesterfield Township

The employee that helped me was really nice and very very helpful. It was clean and tidy inside. I do wish the pants were always stacked in the correct order to make it easier to shop, but that’s probably hard to maintain and could be partially a shelf space issue. I would love to see this location carry more sizes to be more inclusive and have more in-store tall options because currently all of the tall options are from returns so it’s luck of the draw or shop online. Sizing and fit can be a bit tricky (more to do with corporate and manufacturing but worth mentioning) when comparing very similarly styles. I have even seen some small differences between two pairs of the same style in different colors of denim. Sometimes I have to buy online if they don’t have a tall in the style I want. Terrible Customer service. This was my first time here. We came from TJMAXX next door, we were looking for black skinny jeans for boys. We googled the hours the store closed before we left TJMAXX. We walked into Old Navy and there was a white lady at the table sitting down. I thought she was a greeter but the only thing she said when we came in the door was " we close in 20 mintues" No Hi welcome to old navy, can I help you find something. That was a very rude way to greet someone and welcome them to the store. We already knew the store was closing in 20 minutes but we were looking for something very specific and knew we would be in and out. You should provide more training to that person. I used to love shopping at Old Navy. It seems like the pricing keeps going up but not the quality of the product. They have a good selection of clothing but it is just too over priced. The store itself is very clean. The dressing rooms are right by the bathrooms, which is helpful. There are a lot of employees around to help with whatever you may need.
