I haven't been to a Big Lots in a while however my experience was great. Cristal was so pleasant fun and really helpful! Christal was just a happy person. Both Christal and Bailey went above and beyond to help my daughter and I and check to see if they could get a silly talking bird to work. They tried new batteries without success however I appreciate them making the attempt. They were both kind enough to let me take their photo however they needed a little pep talk before. Thank you ladies it was a pleasure to shop at Big Lots because of you!!

Many options for shopping and eating where everything is easily visible and accessible. I can find just about everything I need here. Plenty of free parking. ADA accessible parking, walkways and entrances. There are a few locations in the roads that severely need repair.

Went to the cold stone ice cream shop, I had a large chocolate shake ( they do not make malts). Wife had the cheese cake fantasy with a waffle bowl. I only gave them a three star rating due to the crazy price of just under 18 bucks.And the waffle bowl my wife had was so old or stale it was unedable. The ice cream was excellent, service was friendly, but they seemed too busy to be interrupted about a stale...

No matter what store you go to at Gratiot crossing they are very friendly always clean hand sanitizer no matter where you go whether you're walking in or going to the bathroom or cashing out there's hand sanitizer always a good time and a good experience when you go here...
