I had the worse experience with Cheyenne Appliance Factory in frontier mall. Jordan didnt explain at time of purchase i would have to have plumber come to remove water line. So fridge had to be delivered a week later Jeramiah had no explanation or help saying Jordan was new and we forgot to tell her about that. Then when fridge was delivered they forgot the filter and when I called Daniel said its nit a practice of ours to provide the filter. I call bs as the delivery driver explained they are supposed too. When I explained that to Daniel he hung up on me. I called back to confirm he hung up on a paying customer and said he would leave the filter up front for me to pick up! It was a hassle and I had to call several times to get rescheduled and anyone who knew how to do their job. I suggest you go somewhere else. Although ONLY MANNY AND ROBERTO were helpful who were the delivery guys. Both were professional and helped me with what I needed. DANIEL JORDAN AND JERMAIAH ALL NEED TRAINING OR SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB OF THEY DONT LIKE TO HELP CUZTOMERS AND PREFEF TO HANG UP AND USE PROFANITY!! NEVER AGAIN! While I was out of town, they came to deliver and install it, but brought a unit that was too large for the space. Instead of resolving the issue, they connected it anyway and left it blocking my hallway, making it impossible for me to walk through the hall. Itās not only incredibly inconvenient but also a serious safety hazard.
I had to reach out to them myself while traveling to ask about the status of fixing their mistake. They told me they will return next week to install the correct unit, but in the meantime the oversized machine is still sitting in the hall, plugged in and immovable, and Iām left without a usable washer and dryer.
Appliance Factory has shown no sense of urgency or accountability for their mistake. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur 40 year old upright freezer finally gave up the ship, so we went to our local Appliance Factory to look for a replacement. The folks there were very helpful and friendly. My wife picked out the Whirlpool WZF34x20DW freezer because of their sale price, it being frost free, and the big wire basket in the bottom. We chose an extended warranty not knowing how long the freezer will function. We have had this unit about one week with absolutely no problems or complaints.
Set at home up was a breeze. The unit runs quiet, freezes quickly, and the internal light is very useful to find food items.
Our Whirlpool freezer was designed and assembled in USA, and they are the parent company of Maytag, Amana, Gradiator, and Kitchen Aid as well. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you...
