I'm giving 2 stars because I like the things sold in this store, however, I bought 4 vape pens after speaking to the lady for well over 30 mins about them. I paid 49.99 for each pen Looper is the brand. My first red flag was when I got to the car I noticed one of them had a price sticker under the other sticker when removed the price under was 39.99. I decided I like them and I wanted to get more without the 3 hr travel. I look up the website and the most expensive looper pen is only 20.99 I also get 3 grams instead of 2 grams. Sold my daughter a fake LaBuBu coke doll that I put on my credit card. The head fell off and we proved to them it was fake. I only wanted my money back and they refused and said exchange only. I was very nice and calm. Needless to say the lady got very rude and the man was a bit friendlier but not a lot. I left with nothing including the fake doll or replacement fake doll. Honestly I only go in for vape items, and they are over priced beyond believe, half the staff isn't trained enough for it, I just can't get how over priced they are.... Is it the vape items that make your rent there?... Again! Over priced like crazy and 20 dollars for a efest 186650, I just called about a certain vaporizer set up and they're at least 80 dollars over priced on it, I'm trying to quit smoking using these items, that's called rape don't care who you are.
