My last 2 shopping experiences were awful due to: -Employees: discussing a trespassed person by name and an employee (also by name) who wasn’t well liked. 4 stood behind the counter talking, SINGING, and/or on their phones rather than doing anything productive like cleaning (see below) or helping customers, who ended up helping each other. -We went 90 minutes after opening, & the store was filthy and disorganized. Perfume tester strips were all over the area, along with 5+ broken or empty perfumes. Sections including Fenty, Maybelline, Colour Pop, and the entire perfume area had other brands mixed in or mixed up. The floor was just dirty overall, but there were also several places that were sticky. Again, this wasn’t the end of the day, it was an hour and a half after the store opened. Lastly, I spoke with GM, Terri, via phone. She was in the store during my most recent trip. She was rude, offered no explanations, and was argumentative. I finally hung up on her, which I’m not proud of, but she was getting angry. The conversation was a waste of both our time. I have started a complaint via guest services who are escalating my concerns. My hope is to speak with Liz, who is Terri’s boss, to try and have an intelligent, fact based conversation to see what kind of insight she might have. Read moreI’m really not sure what happened to this store. It used to be reasonably well stocked and full of helpful staff, although the Casper location is always been cleaner and has more products. Today it looked like a bomb went off inside. Most of the shelves were empty or had very limited amounts of product. I didn’t see one section or brand of makeup that had even half of the amount of testers that should be there. The Ulta section had almost nothing; no testers and no products and everything was sticky. I saw stacks of empty boxes piled around the store and random shelves were filled with misc. items that didn’t correspond to the brands. I couldn’t find what I was looking for despite walking around for at least 20 min, and I didn’t talk to a single staff person until I checked out. I’ve never seen an Ulta in such a sad shape until today, although every time I’ve been in over the past year I’ve never been able to pick up everything I needed in one go. I really hate ordering online and would prefer to shop in the store but after today’s experience I doubt I’ll even do that. Read moreThis is the WORST store I have ever shopped at. I tested products on my hand. Cheyenne store had NO wipes NO tissues to wipe the products off my hand through the entire store. Needless to say half of my hand had product on it. There were no employees though out the store to see if we needed assistance. After finding what we needed we went to check out. I asked Payton if she had som tissue/wipes to remove all of the makeup from behind my hand she said yes and proceeded to tear a piece of paper off a roll, and handed it to me. I then proceeded to tell her that it would have been nice for them to have the necessary cleaning supplies at the necessary stations where folks try on makeup . She just looked at me with no regard no apology. Her attitude was oh well to bad..I did bring this to her attention but she and the other 2 girls working with her could have cared less.
