Chicago Harbor Lock — Attraction in Chicago

Inconsistent Harbor Masters. Sometimes they tell you to move down the middle to get to a stop, sometimes you get kicked out for it. Sometimes they will let boats double up on the wall, Sometimes not. Basic rules like mandatory life jackets apply.
