I would not hesitate to prefer a Halal place on priority among other options. This happened smae with this outlet at Navy Pier walk. I was literally attracted to the Arabic/Labanese touch cuisine which I have loved across the middle east. The taste was up to the mark. There was alot of options with Falafel, Hummus; Kebab Platter etc. I can rate it 4.5 out iof 5 and that too alongside competitive restaurants.

Why I am giving it a 3 overall is due to my experience with service. Majority of the staff did not know the details of Arabic Cuisine. I was not satisfied with inquiries beforr ordering. Later on, I realized that the quantity was way less than the price for average platter. I have had like thousands of Arabic foods in Middle east but this was just a touch of mediterranian as far as the taste is concerned.

In UAE these same Turshi (pickles), Basil Leaves, Tahina, Hummus comes as a side (just like ketchup with any western food) but they were charging for each item as an add on which was wierd for people...

I wish I could give you a zero star!!! rating. As a matter of fact they lack any star quality. It was simply awful!!! to say the least. I had the gyro the meat was cold, and bland. They served up a side of nasty customer service and an appetizer of funky attitude. To add insult to injury they charged my card and added themselves a tip. When I called and asked them about it the manager stated their machine defaults to add a tip. REALLY!!!! LIES!!! can you imagine the money they make off of people who won't concern themselves with $1.00 or a couple of cents. It's principle for me and its FRAUD!!! I'm reporting you to the Better business bureau and the media. ...

An amazing and underrated gem for middle eastern/mediterranean food located inside Navy Pier.

This place has big plates of food which comes with rice, hummus, purple cabbage lettuce cucumbers pickles and your choice of meats..

They also have gyros and burgers as well as vegan options.

Its all about knowing what to order and getting the right sauces! Lots of ways to customize here.

Beautiful atmosphere too. You will see people from all different countries and walks of life snd have a beautiful view of the boardwalk ans lake michigan/boats...

I ordered the IDOFries and I was pretty disappointed by what I got. Even though in the pictures the fries are filled to the brim in their plate, my server barely gave me any to begin with and her manager saw the fries and said even the amount she gave was too much so she needs to lessen it. I had barely enough fries to cover the bottom of the plate and was instead given three huge spoonfuls of what I thought seemed a lot like cottage cheese but might've been their tsatziki sauce. Management is stingy and I didn't get my money's worth.
