THE STAFF HERE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE & KEEP THEIR EYES ON YOU. (Very bad energy)

On 08/07/21 at 21:36, I came into the establishment with my husband. We purchased a Chicago crewneck sweater, a hat, keychain and a Chicago pocket knife. The gentlemen who helped us on that day was extremely nice and friendly. (Mario)

We decided to come back to this store the following weekend because we were flying back home soon. We thought the things they had were nice and unique and we knew exactly what we wanted to get everyone & didn't want to waste time looking else where. (More Chicago sweaters, another pocket knife, a child's t-shirt, two hoodies and another tan Chicago hat)

But this time when we enter the establishment, we notice all employees had their eyes on us.... Kept Peeking (young hispanic girl black hair had white shoes on) every time we looked up they were staring from behind the counter...... another staff member (red head) would pretending to fix something near us. Then, an OLD lady approaches us and ask, " Do we need help," but didn't ask anyone else.... Then, when I said, "No," she decided to stand next to us pretending to fix something. Note we weren't the only people in the store and there was nothing to fix! She didn't ask anyone else did they need help...

It was VERY CLEAR what was going on.

I folded the child t-shirt back and told my husband to put the sweater back and walked out....

If I could've returned the stuff I purchased the week prior I would have!!! To the male employee (Mario) who helped us the week before thank you! To the 4 women working on 08/17/21 DO BETTER...

I really love this shop. I bought a sweatshirt here and it is now one of my favorites. It is so soft and the color is great. The lady behind the counter was very nice. My only concern is that I bought a shopper tote when I checked out and the cost was $19.99 and on both sides of the tote in giant letters Chicago was spelled CHIGAGO. HORRIBLE. I have a service dog for a legit reason. I was told I should leave the store as that dog was scaring the manager and staff. I’m so glad I didn’t buy anything from this company if they plan to discriminate against people with service animals. I have a dog in training who is 8 months old. I told staff we’re working on here training. I was told she’s too agressive and not right. They have no idea her training and now I’m standing outside this store unable to shop comfortable without fear that she’s going...
