It is with immense satisfaction and profound appreciation that I rarely take the time to write reviews to extend my heart felt accommodations for Tiffany , an exemplary Customer Service Representative at the CubeSmart storage facility, located at 1028 W. 35th St. During my recent interaction with Tiffany, I was not just met with professionalism and competency, but was also provided an experience so remarkable that it necessitated this acknowledgment. From the moment I walked into Cubesmart I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel valued. It was not just the facility high level of security, cleanliness, and the accessibility that left me impressed, but the exceptional Customer Service provided by their representative Tiffany that truly set them apart. Tiffany was not only personable, but demonstrated an in depth knowledge of all the services and went above and beyond to understand, my storage needs. She walked me through various options, carefully explaining the benefits of each, all while maintaining unparalleled patience, and enthusiasm. Understanding that engaging with storage facilities can sometimes be a taxing endeavor, filled with logistic concerns and numerous queries, encountering Tiffany was a refreshing deviation from the norm. Right from the onset, her welcoming demeanor, coupled with an infectious smile, set a positive tone. Tiffanyâs ability to listen, tentatively empathize, and provide bespoke solutions with immense patience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets Tiffany apart is not just her adeptness at resolving queries or her profound knowledge of services offered by CubeSmart but her genuine care for customers In an era where automated responses and scripted interactions are a common place. Tiffanyâs personalized approach was a breath of fresh air, she not only addressed all my concerns with impeccable clarity, but also anticipated needs I hadnât voiced, showcasing her intuitive understanding of her clients. Amidst our interaction, I observed Tiffany manage several responsibilities with unwavering focus, and efficiency, all while maintaining and admirable level of customer engagement. Her diligence in ensuring that my storage needs were comprehensively catered to, right from selection to the contractual agreements was commendable. However, what truly underscored Tiffanyâs exceptional service was her follow up. Post our meeting,Tiffany reached out to ensure that my transition into the storage unit was seamless and devoid of any hiccups, reinforcing the sense that her commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. In recognition of her outstanding service professionalism and remarkable customer experience she offered, I believe Tiffany is a phenomenal asset not just to the CubeSmart team, but also to the overall brand image. Her impeccable service has not only earned my loyalty as a customer but has also evaluated my expectations for customer service. Itâs not just about renting a storage space; itâs about being treated with respect and knowing that your belongings are in good hands .Therefore, it is with great pleasure and without reservation to anyone considering storage solutions, I wholeheartedly recommend CubeSmart, not only for itâs top tier facilities, but for the unmatched Customer Service , that truly sets them apart in the industry. My sincere thanks to Tiffany and the whole CubeSmart team for turning a mundane task into a delightful experience. CubeSmart isnât just storing items, they are safeguarding memories, and they do it with a level of care that is as rare as it is appreciated. Rating 5/5 stars, if there were more stars to give I wouldnât hesitate. Thank you, CubeSmart, and thank you Tiffany for exemplifying what Customer Service should be, for her outstanding contribution to the customer satisfaction at CubeSmart. She truly embodies the essence of excellence in Customer Service.

Read moreThe absolute worst storage facility I have ever seen. We rented a unit on the fourth floor that was marketed as âclimate controlled.â The exact words used all over their website. As you can see from the pictures of the unit, it has no ceiling. There is no ventilation. Itâs hot on the entire floor and it smells. We talked to the front desk lady who assured us that both the unit and each floor of the building is climate controlled because during the summer they place fans on the floors in the halls, pointing atâŚthe floor. There is a shared loading dock in a building filled with other businesses, so good luck finding a way to actually use the dock as itâs seemingly filled with fed ex trucks/etc half the day. There is one set of elevators, and as you can see from the pictures, the elevator is out of order with the fire department here as I type this. My wife is disabled and we have a lot to move, and itâs so hot on the floor with the unit that just walking to it made us unable to breathe, I donât know how itâs safe to allow people on these floors, there is no air flow whatsoever. The air is stale, unbreathable, and it smells. I have NO IDEA how these people havenât been sued for false advertising at this point, they are objectively lying about their facilities. They are only open from 930-6, and thatâs the only time you can use the small half-broken carts they have available for you, which is the ONLY thing they have available for you, though each floor takes several minutes to walk to the back of the building where the âcheaperâ units are located. They would not bump us up to a more convenient spot for free, though they lied about what we were paying for, and in fact the smaller unit we asked for that was close enough to the elevators where we would be able to still use the unit was about 100 bucks more than we would have spent. It should have been comped after all the information falsified, and after the inconvenience of trying to use the unit it the first place. The parking lot is even too small to use since there are a bunch of businesses here and this is technically their employee parking lot. Do not use this unit. Youâre better off with a basement somewhere. (Also they made my disabled wife use the stairs because they have no idea how to run a business. đđđ) GO...

Moved to this storage unit for it's convenient location to my apartment. I got a 10x10 unit indoors for the same price as my outdoor 5x7 unit in the burbs. Got tired of trying to defrost my locks or letting the weather determine when I could access my stuff.
Pros: Promo pricing for first few months Indoors Drive up garage near elevators
Cons: -Storage units are on 2nd floor of a building full of art studios and event spaces (a lot of non-storage visitors can go through your stuff if left unattended between trips up the elevator; hasn't happened to me, but it is something I plan around).
Small parking lot for a building that can hold hundreds of people.
Did not disclose that the price signed on the contract was promotional or when the promo period expires (but as usual, they can change the price whenever they want with 30 days notice)
Only space for one or two cars (or one moving truck) in the garage - with a massive pillar that will only allow smaller cars to use 2nd space.
Only have 2 small, semi-broken flatbed dollies (best to bring your own)
They claimed to have sent a certified letter to my address notifying me of the price increase, but I never received it. They couldn't provide proof that it was delivered either. I called the office to ask for a digital copy of it and they made a big fuss before finally sending it to me. All other docs are emailed to my account but they said they have to mail the letter certified by law (but won't agree to ALSO email the letter, "because that's the law..." that you can't send both?)
The person managing the office told me that it's normal to see price increases at least once a year, but not to exceed every...
