This was my first time here and I loved it! The food here is a real bomb ya hear me!!!! I ordered some boneless wings and they came drenched in sauce cooked to perfection and in huge giant chucks of pieces!!!! I had a couple of Bloody Mary’s and they were sooo good the bartender definitely knows how to make the drinks right! This place has a ton of TVs and is a great atmosphere!! I loved watch the college football games here on Thursday and thoroughly enjoyed myself!! The prices were super fair and the place is really clean and a whole vibe!! The best part about my experience was my server named Karina! She was soo kind and helpful she helped me with recommendations and was able to tell me about all of their options here. Karina continuously checked on me to see if I needed anything and they were super busy and packed and she had a good amount of tables but she was hustling and I can tell she’s a very hard worker but she also thrived in the hustle and was in her zone! She was always smiling and so nice and had such great energy! She was super professional and has the best personality I’ve come across from a server. She made my experience go from being average to amazing! I can tell Karina is a great employee and a real asset to this place she was holding it down handling a busy rush hour time with such ease and grace!!!! I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!! When you visit ask for Karina she’s the best they got but just make sure you tip her or the other servers good because they work really hard and deserve it!!!!

I recently visited Wings and Rings, and I have to say, it was the perfect spot for a laid-back evening with friends. The atmosphere was just right – comfortable seating and sports-themed decor that created a relaxed and informal vibe. It felt like the kind of place where you could easily spend hours catching up and enjoying good food. Speaking of food, the menu is fantastic. There's a wide variety of wings, burgers, and other comfort foods that make it easy to share and socialize. And the drink menu? It's diverse, with plenty of beers and cocktails to choose from, which really adds to the fun, social atmosphere. But the highlight of my night was the Smoked Traditional Wings tossed in Sweet Habanero sauce. These wings were an absolute game-changer. From the first bite, I was hooked. They had this incredible smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the sweet and fiery habanero sauce. The balance of flavors was spot on – enough heat to make my taste buds dance but not so much that it was overwhelming. The wings were juicy and tender on the inside, with a crispy exterior that added just the right amount of crunch. Every bite was packed with so much flavor that I found myself savoring each one. My experience at Wings and Rings was top-notch. The friendly service, the inviting atmosphere, and those unforgettable wings made it a night to remember. Whether you're looking to catch a game or just hang out with friends and family, Wings and Rings is definitely the place to be. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!

Service was fine but the kitchen needs to be trained on food allergies. My wife ordered the Signature Chicken Salad and we asked for the crispy onions to be left out because she’s celiac. When it was brought to the table the onions were in the salad but they took out the cheese?? We called the waitress over (she was honestly really great and super apologetic) we explained that it’s an allergy and how it’s anything that has flour/wheat/ any kind of breading. We said can we have the same thing just leave out the crispy onions and you can leave the cheese in. Yall… why did they give us a salad with CROUTONS. Croutons, no cheese and now it’s suddenly smothered in buffalo sauce??? It’s really crazy how instead of just following the order that was literally explained, y'all over here freestyling orders messing with peoples health. Also just want to add that we don’t feel like this was the waitresses fault in any way shape or form. She repeated our order back to us both times so truly not her fault. Back of house clearly needs people that care about their job enough to know what gluten-free means especially when it’s all over the menu.

If I could give zero stars I would. EVERYTHING went wrong tonight. FIRST, they sat us in between of a large party, which makes no sense all. I asked to be moved, and they said no. We received our food and began to eat. The party surrounding us was being very obnoxious and all over the place. They bumped into my 60 year old mother and dropped their hat on our table. I asked to be moved yet again. Minutes later they moved us but we had to carry our food plate by plate to another table. At this point our appetite is way gone. I asked to speak to the manager Joe. We spoke he apologized offered me a discount. One thing i did not agree with was the fact that he said the obnoxious party had been giving them problems all night. SO WHY CONTINUE TO SIT OTHER CUSTOMERS NEAR THEM?! We came upon another issue. We wanted refills on our drinks. Our original waitress no where to be found and we had no idea who was serving us now since we were moved. I asked a waitress walking by if she knew who was taking care of this area cuz we need refills. She just ignored me and said let me find your waitress. More minutes later she walks by again and I re ask her about refills and she laughs and said "well who is your waitress? Who brought you your food?" I said "Idk, that's why I'm asking you. We need refills." LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I was waitering and a table asked for refills even if it wasn't my table, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE REFILLS. WHAT KIND OF WAITRESS LAUGHS AT A CUSTOMER AND IGNORES THEIR REQUEST?! I WILL NEVER E RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER. I honestly wanted to get dessert when we first got there but AFTER THE LACK OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM I refused to spend any more money there. Even the couple who was sitting next to us left because they couldnt get anyone to take their order even though there were plenty waitresses going back amd forth. I do appreciate the apology from our waitress Janell. I felt she really felt bad for out...

I use to really enjoy coming her, but since Covid they have fell off completely!! I will say the Wing will always be a hit here, but with Covid you would think this place would be more cautious unfortunately they are not!! First thing I seen was a staff member rolling silverware and napkins with no gloves, while scratching her hair🤷🏽‍♀️ Outside dinning I will never eat out there they are taking the food out the same door where guest are entering!! Mind you some guest are walking in with no mask on, and the Staff are walking out with guest food uncovered past the guests that's entering!! There's a door thats in the back I feel like if your handling people's food why wouldn't you use the other door that no one is using. 🤷🏽‍♀️ On top of that while bringing food to the guest if a Staff member see someone they know, the Staff then stops to hug them while holding someone's food!! Thats definitely not ok!! I also seen Staff go outside, then come back in without washing their hands!! There's a sink right in the area where the cash register is. Im just completely surprised by the way the Staff is handling the customers food, and themselves.. I get it you have to wait a certain amount of tables, but you also have to be safe, that way the customers feel safe!! Im really not sure if this how business should be period despite Covid!! I hope writing this review management will see this, and make changes. I mean if you are sitting waiting a whole hour to get your food, and are told that the Kitchen is flooded with orders, but u look around and see everyone else with their food, and you are still waiting you can't help, but watch and see everything that's going wrong around you🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ So yes I noticed all of that in the midst of me waiting a hour for my food!!! Yall gotta do better, they actually have the best wings and sauce I would really hate to not be able to visit here anymore, but im sure I won't for awhile, hopefully by then they get...

They steal here. So, I cannot recommend this place due to an unfortunate experience we had.

My group of five visited yesterday, and we were quite disappointed, especially with our server, Michael. Initially, his greeting came off as brusque: 'You need to know two things: be ready to order and listen to instructions.' I’ve never had a server at any restaurant tell me this, and no instructions were given.

Throughout our meal, his attitude remained unfriendly, expressing frustration about possibly having to take additional orders when he was ready to take our order but everyone at the table was not ready.

When we asked for water, we received five empty glasses and a pitcher that wasn't enough to fill them all, but we decided to let it slide to avoid any issues with our food. We also requested mustard, which arrived more than halfway through our meal. By then, I no longer needed it, and Michael commented, 'I went to grab you mustard, and you didn’t even touch it,' which we chose not to engage with, since he was rude and giving off negative energy.

The situation felt tense, potentially because our server's demeanor changed once our entire party, including other black men, arrived and we moved tables. Unfortunately, one of our friends left a coat behind at the original table, and it mysteriously disappeared. We were told they couldn't check the cameras without a manager, and the next day, the manager was unwilling to review the footage to find out what happened to the coat.

Poor service and unresolved issues with a stolen jacket is why I will not be back. This was our first time at Wings and Rings and our last! Forewarning , I would ask for another server if you...
