Will not be returning. This was my first and only time visiting the symphony center. I attended the Harry Potter showing and my experience was an absolute day of frustration. I was not told I had to purchase a souvenir cup in order to take my drink into the theatre. The theatre escort did an awful job trying to explain this to our group and we walked away confused and needed to ask the beverage server what the rules were.
I was then charged $30 for a wine and a water. The wine was $13 and the water was $5. Unfortunately I did not get a receipt, but I did see there was a $4 and change charge for a tip. I did not tip the server nor was I asked to. Not sure what all the other charges were to make my bill add up to $30!

From the balcony, the sound engineering was professionally tuned to the venue, enabling the Meyer Sound array to bring the appropriate tones and timbres to...
