This was my first experience using a service like this - storing my luggage to explore the city. It was a great experience! The only thing I wish was noted a little clearer was how to find them. I didn't see the name GND Strength Society written anywhere. The instructions said "GPS will take you to the door. You have to walk south towards Van Buren. We are located on the corner of Jefferson and Van Buren." It should have mentioned that the door to enter is ON Van Buren. I did walk south towards Van Buren, but there wasn't another door. As solo traveler in Chicago for the first time just for a few hours before catching my flight, Bob and Jordan who work at this UPS Store went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. (I.e. luggage storage, phone charging device help, and catching my Uber and flight on time) Personable, kind, trustworthy! The positive sentiment of “Do unto others” will stick with me. The employees at this location were so sweet! They were very friendly and helpful with directions. It is located right off a train stop which is very convenient. The drop off was really quick and easy. They took pictures of our stuff and tagged it. They even let us unpack some stuff before heading out for the day. The location is a framing place. I saw other reviews saying it was in the 21st floor but it isn’t. Once we got our stuff, they helped us with directions to get on the blue line. Will definitely recommend this place to drop off...
