We rented a riding mower. About 6 weeks ago, a part broke so my husband called Aarons. He was told the manager would call him back. Several days later, after not hearing from them, he calls again and is told the same thing. After his 3rd call, he is told they have to order the part and they will call us to let us know when it is in and they can come fix it. We were never really able to speak with the manager as she "busy". We still have not had a call about the part but they don't forget to call me every few days to ask for a payment. And everytime they call, I have to explain to them again that we are not paying until it is fixed and useable (an agreement we made with the manager). I called them today to have them pick it up bc I'm tired of an unusable mower taking up space in our covered parking. I have rented from Rent A Center before and anytime there was issues, I had a fix or a replacement by the next day, if not the same day. Double charged me and haven't given my money back. Don't even think they will since payment is coming due shortly. It happened at the worst time for me. Even had to borrow some money due to this. Read moreI will update this as or if the issue is resolved. I bought a couch one week ago. Had to wait one week for delivery. I specifically told them do not send me the couch with the hole in the back cushion. I purchased the one without. They sold the couch I purchased and tried to deliver the one with the hole. I now am having to return to the store tomorrow after work and pick another couch, more than likely pay more for the couch I wanted because it new not used.
