Atwoods — Attraction in Chickasha

Kelly shouldnt work around guns if she doesn't believe people should own them. She refused a sale to me because I told her which gun I was wanting. I had been looking at the specific one for over a month and when I finally have the money I get this "lady" hounding me and making comments about me and my daughter on our ESCORT OUT. YEAH SHE FOLLOWED US OUT MAKIN COMMENTS. when I called back later to speak to the manager it was ofc her and she said it's because I didn't ask to test it. Well how am I suppose to test it if I just told you which one I want and you just tell me no??? It didn't make sense. Then my husband went later with a friend and she ripped his license out of his hands and told him if he didn't know the address without looking then she wouldn't sell it to him smirking. Him and his friend agreed she was rude and definitely on a power trip. I left feeling belittled as a mom and a woman I felt discriminated against and I felt confused. This morning I called to ask who was the manager last night she said that was me and I said you said Kelly and she said .....yes....like she wished she gave me a fake name. Obviously this woman has no say at home but to make comments and follow me out, and deny me without question was very very...

So in Sept 2020 we purchased about $4000 worth of lawn equip from our local atwoods in Chickasha OK. One which was a Husquvarna 0 turn 54 deck mower. We have now used it 3 times and yesterday it wouldnt move, and had oil leaking badly from it. I called our local Atwoods where I purchased it and they didnt know what to do or who to call for warranty. I then called today and the manager also couldnt find the information so I called the corporate #, I was able to talk to a lady named Carmen Torter-Akin and after letting her know what was going on she told me it would be next week before someone would call me back. So after all the phone calls and talking to numerous people at Atwoods that have no idea what to do or who to call, I was kinda at my wits end honestly. Miss Carmen that I was on the phone with could tell I was at my wits end but instead of actually getting someone to actually help me, she decided to laugh at me because I was getting upset. Yep,,,,,LAUGH at me. Not only once, but 3 times she did this. WOW! This is how you treat your customers that choose YOU to spend $4000 with. Actually overall, more like 15000 over the last 4-6 years. Shame on you! I still have a brand new $2999 mower...

Three weeks ago I bought a craftsman's wc215 weed eater also a power more lawn mower also a charbroiled gas grill. Weed eater and lawnmower runs good. The grill was built backwards. Literally! Tank holder is on the right ,hose is on the left. Plus ignighter dont work. Today I bought a stihl ms 250 chainsaw for my father in law bday sunday. I asked for a free $5.99 stihl hat. They said no..this place is so corporate!! I'm new to this area . I was told this place is like a family. Wrong!! I felt like a number. the prices slightly higher than everybody else. If this chainsaw dont work sunday when we give it to him. I'm going to step up and let them have a piece of my mind..my fault I didn't on the grill.. never been to Oklahoma city, but definitely gona go there in the future...very...
