Mattress by Appointment Chickasha — Attraction in Chickasha

I absolutely do NOT recommend buying from here. My husband and I just moved here and needed to purchase a new bed. We explained how important this purchase was as we spent many years sleeping on mattresses that were poor quality until we could save up for something better. Anyhow, long story short, we purchased a split king with adjustable bases, spending almost $6000. After giving it a bit over 30 days, I finally asked my husband to call because I was experiencing back pain since we started using the new bed and my husband would toss and turn relentlessly because he was uncomfortable. The mattresses felt lumpy in general. Well we were told at this time (not when we purchased the beds) that there was no trial period, a no return policy, and that exchanges were not accepted and that the best the owner could do was sell us another mattress at cost. It was my fault for not doing my due diligence, but I do give myself some grace after most every other legitimate mattress company offers some sort of sleep trial and allows exchanges or returns with a restocking fee. The owner also said that the no return policy was listed on our receipt. His son sold us the mattresses because the owner happened to be on vacation and all we got was a generic receipt, non-itemized, with the amount we spent in total with no information of the sort, printed on it. That being said we are stuck with poor quality mattresses, are experiencing horrible sleep, lost $6k of our hard earned money and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Mind you, it's 2am and I can't sleep because of my back pain....

Five stars is definitely not high enough to rate my experience with Mattress by appointment. John is the absolute best in the industry for sure!! He was more than willing to met me at a later time in the evening to accommodate my schedule. I am sure he talks to several people all day long. With that being said he remembered that I had suffered a stroke recently. He not only asked how I was feeling but I could tell he actually cared! I have bought a lot of merchandise over the course of my life and I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had!! John was very informative as well as compassionate about my situation. He went above and beyond to get me a new bed including selling me a bed at his cost since my approval wasn't that high. I wished every sales experience was as excellent as this one!!
