I have rented multiple times from here with no issues until very recently where I had a small issue with an employee But after I posted a review and talked to employee about my issue. The next day or 2 I had received a phone call from Brandon (the store GM) he talked to me about my complaint apologized and said issue would be taken care of and was sorry about any inconvenience. He took a step above and made sure to make everything right. He is a good person the store is great, I’ve rented from here multiple times with no issues. They have always been able to approve me for any items I’ve had and also given me and extension on my items when they could have easily took items back per contract but they have always been one step above and helping me. If there was any issues I highly suggest talking to Brandon as he is there to assist you with any issues that may be going on as he is a manager that is always ensuring customer service is at 10. Bought a brand new TV and washer and dryer set from them, paid on the items for a year and then paid them off, now 6 months later both the TV and washer and dryer set has went out and when we called about a warranty we was told that none of what we have has any warranties on them even tho they aren't even 2 years old, said that the moment we paid them off the warranty that we was paying on while we was making payments was voided and we needed to keep the warranties going and paid if we wanted the warranty on them, problem is we was never told about an extended warranty when we paid them off or for a simple $10 a month we could have kept the warranties.. And then had the nerve to tell us to come back down and we could just rebuy everything new and start over on paying for new items cause obviously they sold us junk before hand.. WILL NEVER BUY FROM...

Dustin and his crew of employees never cease to impress me! The most recent experience Dustin proved that they truly care about their customers. He made it his mission to find us a portable air conditioner before the record breaking 110°+ temps hit us! He found one ordered it and when it hadn't been delivered by 4 days before the weather hit he spent his own personal gas to travel to pick it up and get us the air conditioner by the time he promised! Him and multiple employees where on the phone hunting down the until for the entire day when we put in the request for it. This location deserves the highest recognition ever!
