The Enchanted Forest Boutique — Attraction in Chico

I was really excited to shop here to not only add to my crystal collection but support a small business. I picked out a small variety of crystals and when my total came up to $125 I assumed I had added one to my order and forgot. When I got home I discovered that this was not true and there wasn’t even a receipt in the bag. I added up each of the items I purchased and they came out to less than $100. I reached out to the owner and when he responded the next day via email I found out he charged me $65 for a stone that he had told me $45 when I asked to confirm the price and a friend with me even confirmed that the owner said $45 because I wanted to double check on the slight chance that I misheard him. Not once did he apologize for the mistake and was very short with me in his emails despite me being very polite. Most of their inventory didn’t have price tags and I’m wondering if this is why. He said “I could return the crystal I was so upset about even though they have a sign that clearly states no returns”. After the unwelcoming tone of the emails I was not comfortable going back to this store and will take my business to a more honest...

I found this gem of a shop online back in Feburary, I have truly enjoyed watching and learning from all of their social media platform posts and I have made purchases several times. I have to say that I have been beyond thrilled and pleased with the quality of merchandise I have received and the knowledge the owners have on answering all your crystal and/or metaphysical questions to help you make informed choices. The intiuitive crystal pulls i have purchased were so spot on to what i was needing right then, I felt like Mo could see into my soul and know what healing I needed and provided it in abdundace! I cannot say enough about this shop and the wonderful people who run it. It is so refreshing to do business with people who obviously absolutely love and believe in what they do and sharing that love and knowledge with their customers! Had a great experience at Enchanted Forest Boutique in Chico, Ca 2201 Pillsbury road suite 130! Beautiful, clean and friendly environment! Wide selection to choose from! Chrystals, cards, oils, shark teeth, jewelry, dresses, leather 'belts' with decoration and little money/card holders attached or small purses attached, etc.! Met one of the owners, Chris! He was very helpful, informative, hospitable and delightful! We will be going again and again 😀 it's a little hard to find. It's tucked in the corner behind the fountain ⛲ Chris said he has better lit up signage on the way! We bought cards, a shark tooth, a bracelet and two moss agot rings! Love them!
