The UPS Store — Attraction in Chino Hills

I came to this UPS Store as I just came from Costco and it was conveniently close. Upon arriving, Brian (young Chinese guy) told me that my box needed to be taped. As I have done in other UPS Stores in Chino Hills (specifically the Los Serranos store in Albertsons), I requested if he had a tape I could borrow to seal my box. He said that he did but needed to charge me $1 for the small piece of tape. I said what??? Now as I looked at other Customer reviews, this store is a disgrace and needs to be shut down and not worthy of the customer service standards offered by other stores and UPS it self. He was very rude after the comment that I said that I’ll just bring it to the other Chino Hills UPS store in Los Serranos which as you can see on the reviews are a LOT better than this one that “nickel and dimes” their customers. If i can give a zero start I would. I just found out that the store owner/manager is Young Rho and he closed my account without notifying me first. I was emailing him back and forth about my problem with the mail box and without any calls, letter, or emails, he just closed the account and returned my mails. This is the worst customer service I have received ever! This store also has long lines whenever I go in for questions and service. Don't waste your time. I am going to the UPS store that's on the other side of the town so I can avoid this kind of issue. This store also charges more for the box fee $180/year compared to the other one on Chino Hills Parkway $168/year. I stayed here for 2 years and was treated this way and I wonder how he is treating...

The guy working today at 12:40pm, employee #174408, he was stressed out and borderline rude. He was working by himself for whatever reason and the line was to the door. Being busy is no excuse for providing poor service, and no matter how busy the young lady and the tall guy who have worked there for years are, they are never rude or loud or Panic and howling customers and doing their jobs. Hopefully today was a one off, because I've never received such poor service at this door before with the other employees.
