Simple, comfortable, and high quality service at this new ramen spot nestled in the northern part of Chino Hills. Menu is very simple, as they only make one type of ramen: their Hakata ramen. This is both nice, as they do this ramen very well, but if you want variety you may need to look elsewhere. The broth is not what many expect from typical ramen shops here, as the flavors are more subtle yet still very tasty. They offer broth and chili oil to spice up your meal. Service was prompt, very attentive, and friendly. Seating was ample and parking is easy to find. One nice note is their beer: several draft beers available for very reasonable prices (3$ at this time). Ramen is priced reasonably at 8.50, which includes chashu, but does not include an egg. I've turned family members who are a little less adventurous with food onto this place using that dish as a little gateway.
Five stars every time. I'm literally never disappointed. If anything ever happened to this place, I'd probably cry because no one else does the chicken curry anywhere near as good.
A community staple for sure. A family favorite. The one thing I'll always have even when I'm trying to be frugal.

Read moreWe had a disappointing experience at Fukuoka Ramen. While the food was decent, the service was far from acceptable. The waitress was overly insistent and harassed us for not leaving a tip, which made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. To the point where she followed us to the car asking why we didn't leave one. As we tried to explain she then aggressively told us "NEXT TIME MAKE YOUR ORDER TO GO." Then she proceeded to walked back inside the restaurant. Leaving us speechless of her horrible behavior and actions. It's unfortunate that an otherwise enjoyable dining experience was overshadowed by this poor service. We believe that tipping should be a personal choice and not something customers should be made to feel guilty about. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more...
