Atmosphere _ 4.5 _ Clean, good style. Didn't like the music choice.

Spicy Garlic Edamame _ 4 _ Solid Garlic flavor, with a bite.

Red Dragon _ 4 _ Tastey , I'd prefer it at a colder temperature.

Lemon Peper Salmon _ 3.75 _ Prefer at colder temperature. For me didn't compare to my favorite spot for this item.

Lemon Pepper Tuna _ 3.5 _ Seared more then I prefer. Has a good spice bite.

King Scalop _ 2 _ No unique flavor added. Texture was good.

Baked Muscles _ 2 _ No unique sauce. I prefer mine soaked in a tastey sauce.

Gayoza _ 3 _ Gayoza was fine, a bit small. Sauce was horrible for me.

Real Crab _ 4.5 _ I really liked the flavor.n

Pink Lady _ 1 _ Not my preference

Green Roll _ 1 _ I just don't like avocado...

Presentation presentation presentation, this place knows how to make rolls look SO GOOD... and not only that, the size of the rolls were ginormous! I was really impressed with the combination of flavors in a lot of these rolls, specifically the Texas roll which had the salsa on top. I'm not one for Cajun styled sushi and even though this is a little different than that I really enjoyed the mix of the fresh fish and roll with the sweet Asian fusion salsa. The spicy garlic edamame is actually spicy so be cautious for those sensitive! The employees were attentive and gave great service to my party, we were all very impressed for most of us being our first time here. Heemo Sushi is found right next to 85° and both are found within Crossroads Marketplace.

They serve typical dishes like sushi, sashimi, udon soup, but they seem to specialize in sushi rolls as they have a large selection of them. We ordered the Aloha and Omega rolls, of which both were good. We also ordered the udon and brussel sprouts (w/spicy mayo sauce), again, both very good.

The food was served quickly and the hot dishes were very hot too, but in a good way (you don't want cold udon).

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and the place was clean.

My one complaint — the music. I don't mind music at restaurants, but I'm not looking for that club vibe either. Just here to enjoy some good sushi with...
