READ THIS TO THE END !!! If you consider going to this facility. Please read this review. I am trying to share my personal experience. The incident started with my kid get punched by another bigger kids in the face. My kid then fell down and blacked out for few seconds . My kids got back into conscious with blood in his mouth , bruise on the cheek, and red face. Crying running back to me. The bigger kid who throw the punch to him is at least one feet higher and 30 pounds bigger than my kid.
We want to find out how that happened, we found the kid and his father. We know there are some balls like small basket ball size with the basketball hoops. We know there are not enough ball for every kids. But that’s not a good reason to throw a punch. His father said he saw the whole thing but he didn’t admit his son punch mine. Tried to talk this out but could not reached and common ground. We both agree to see the footage from the cameras . The staff said they “will “ review the footage. Then they took the testimony for three kids including our son. After 30 mins they said the other party left. And then they told us that the Manager is not there on that day and NO one can review the footage from the video recorder!!
Then they said probably next day the Manager will come back to the playground to review the footage and then give an incident report. My child got punch in the face on 11th, we called them on 13th, the staff said she is off . And then we called on 15th they said the Manager have no reply ( didn’t pick up the calls) . And then we called again on 17th morning. They said the manager will get back to us on that day. Finally received the call at night. In the phone conversation, they trying to blame our son is the one who hits other kids. That is ridiculous !! My son is the one who get hurts. There are no kids get hurts and no one else want to report any injuries beside us. I believe Everything are record by the cameras ( but I guess they only use the cameras to protect themselves as company). We want to see the footage to see how my son get injured. They don’t even want to show the footage to us. They said they are not allow to. As my personal experience in this facility / company, They did NOT give any care concern to my son who is injured. They tried the best to AVOID contacting us. Avoid giving out explanations and solutions to the incident at all.
Later we FOUND out the STAFF WHO told us the manager is not there on that day who actually IS the MANAGER !!!! We called back another day, the stuff told me Deanna Is the manager. Then I realized she is the manager and she was the one who told me there are NO manager there on the day my son injured ! Recently , I had read a lot of review of this facility, found out that there are other parents who faced the same problem in this company. Who parents had also been told that the manager would get in touch with parents to resolves the issue. Unfortunately, Deanna does NOT resolve , or not even want to help to resolve issues.

Read moreThis evening, my friend and I went to the Get Air trampoline in Pomona with our kids. There were a lot of people at several parties. We bought three-hour tickets and thought we could let the kids have enough fun, but we encountered what I thought was discrimination.
The cause was that my friend's child was playing ball with a Hispanic girl, and the Hispanic girl hit my friend's child in the face three times with the ball. After that, my friend's child also threw the ball at her, the Hispanic girl then came up and pulled my friend's child, scratched his face, and in desperation, my friend's child also hit her. There were witnesses throughout the incident, and someone immediately pulled them apart to stop them from continuing. After that, the child immediately came to the rest area to find us and explain the facts to us. The Hispanic girl's father had found a girl named Leanne Lopez at the front desk of the venue. This staff member was very aggressive with totally attack attitude. Before we knew what happened, she immediately found us and asked the child's name and birthday and said she would ban him permanently. We were confused after hearing this. She kept talking for about two minutes. We wanted to explain what happened, but she interrupted us and said that if we didn't give the name of the child, she would check the surveillance and check the names of all the people who came and ban us all.
First, we understand that the staff had to respond in an emergency, but I don't think you can assume that it was our problem without investigation. Just because the friend's child is a boy, does it mean that he was the first to hit? Second, we didn't want to cover up our children, and we also admitted that the child did hit him, but she didn't give the child any chance to explain. Did she think we couldn't explain it clearly? Third, I asked her clearly whether the other Hispanic girl would be banned. She said that she would do a follow-up investigation, but now she had to ban us and asked us to provide identity information first. I said since you can check the surveillance, why don't you take a look at what happened first, but I was rejected. After that, I made it clear that we were discriminated against. Leanne Lopez walked away and handed the rest to another staff member and never returned.
I asked the staff to find the manager, and he said the manager was not there. Of course, we have no right to watch the video. I asked how to complain and he said that we can only do a review through Google. It was nothing but a painless experience, and I was watched as I left. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I think the child should admit his mistakes, but you neither stood in a neutral position to mediate properly, nor gave both parties a fair opportunity to state the facts, let alone call both parties together to properly resolve the issue. From beginning to end, there was only naked neglect and bias. I can hardly imagine how Chinese parents who are not good at speaking the language would be treated.

Read moreThe manager here Deanna is super rude! I have never seen a chain brand manager can’t be so irresponsible and impatient for customers. We went there last week and my son got beat up by a bigger kid. They are more than 4-5 years apart. I asked the employee there to have the manager call me but she never did! I have called several day during the week and she’s always off or no time to pick up the phone. When our kid got beat up by the bigger kid we first time contact the employee on duty that day and ask them to show the video record. But they said it’s their privacy and only the manager -Deanna could see it. But they said she’s not there on that day. The employee Johnny said he’s gonna leave note and have the manager look at the video record and contact us and give us the incident report but she never did. We first only wanna know what happened and never did want to file any claims to the park. But the way Deanna team was handing this issue was horrible. So after I called her several days I started feel upset and left the msg to customer service that I want Deanna to return my call during the day otherwise I have to go to the facility to talk to her the next day. Then she finally returned my call in few hours on last Saturday. But believe me, she is SO super rude in the phone and she basically doesn’t let me talk or ask any questions! I wanted to ask her if she look at the video record of wat happened that day and she doesn’t reply. The only thing is was trying to say is you guys signed a waiver and we don’t take any responsibility and she kept saying my little 8 years old started to beat the older teenager! It’s so impossible . That kids was to tall and so strong even best my kid with blood and Bruce on his face! Then I try to asked her how did you know ?did you look at the videos? But she never let me ask the question ! She just repeating if you keep asking then I’m gonna put your kids name on the black list and he would never be able to come to play again! Geez ! Who willing to go there this place is so awful! Then I said if your attitude is like this then the only way is I go there the next day and file a police report in order to get the videos to see what happened! As parent, I think any of you would want to know what exactly happened and try best to comfort the little one. I think it’s very reasonable and understandable. But guess what Deanna told me ? She said if I want to come to the park and file the police report the next day she going to band me , my husband and my whole family!!! Seriously? Why? And how come these word could come out from a top managers mouth? She is just not qualified to work there at all!anyway, I’m so disappointed with this place and the manager but I’m not the owner I can’t do anything to help this place to get better ! but parents, if you wanna keep your kids away from the rude and dangerous environment, don't ever risk...
