Pinatas & More — Attraction in Cicero

First time coming here with my wife and had the worst experience placed our order a week ahead for our daughters bday said it would be ready by Friday maybe even Thursday dint receive no call finally called and said they would deliver sat morning at 10 am witch was the day party dint receive it until around 1pm!!! And what was got was nothing close to what we ordered we ordered a small girly ghost close to the iPhone emoji what we got is on the picture not even close!!! When confronted lady did not know what to say and still had attitude saying well idk what happen maybe we forgot to order so disappointing still wanted half of what we owed no thanx asked for our deposit back and you can have your piñata that you guys choose to make not what the customers ask won’t be...

Ordered 2 pinatas snoopy themed. They should have been ready at 11am on July 10th. I ended up picking up 1 on the 10th and another on the 11th. Got there at 11:30 on the 11th, they should been open at 11am had to wait an hour for someone to come. No discount was offered for making me come in 2x and i was hour away. Called few times in advance to see if they could be ready sooner and advised both would be ready on 10th but still weren't.
