Sanchez Brothers — Attraction in Cicero

I'm all about supporting local businesses but not ones that don't care about their community. My family had a local business here in Cicero since the 1980s. We're all about supporting each other and helping the community out especially if it's to make this community safe, and better. My father had been in a hit and run accident on Cermak and Austin. I seen they had cameras outside. I went in and saw on the flat screen TV all the camera footages they had. I seen 2 cameras that pointed to the street. Yes, it wasn't to the actual intersection but the car that hit my father was the only white car on the road and I had the time stamp of when it happened. They were clear cameras. Spoke with a woman, was told the boss is in a meeting and to come back later, left my info in case of a call back. Came back later, supposedly the man was still in a meeting. So I called at around 6:24 pm that evening. Male answered and I said, "Hi I came in earlier about the camera and my father being in a hit and run accident?" Man replied, "Oh yeah, no, we're closing early today." I replied, "Oh okay, I was just wondering if you were able to check the cameras at least?" He says, "No, we've been very busy. Don't have time." Mind you it's a weekday and if they're so busy, why close early? Plus the 2 times I went in, there were no customers. So I just say, "Oh okay, well if you can just check tomorrow and give me a call back it would be very much appreciated. I had left my information. " Man replies, "Yeah sure" and rushed hanging up. It's been about a month now and there's no call. I understand if I needed an officer or the report to prove there was an accident. Just tell me that and I would have brought it. Don't support local business if they are not about helping the community. The community keeps their business alive not the other way around. Want a better community? Then help...

The only reason why I put one star is so I could be able to leave a review. I went there once to get a tejana cleaned, and they told me to come back in a week. Here comes the week and I go back expecting it to be clean and it was still in the same spot, in the same condition that I had left it. To make matters worst, the guy there wasn’t apologetic, he simply said well the guy that cleans them is not here so just take it somewhere else. They didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me they wouldn’t be able to clean it. It’s so hard to find someone to clean it for the next day, which is when I needed it. Everything bothered me but what bothered me the most was his attitude!!!! Never stepping foot in here again. And I always tell people that I know not to buy there. I was invited to a last-minute party and it was western theme. I had no prior knowledge of what to pick and what would look good because this was my first time I asked a young man who was dressed good on an outfit that he would recommend He took his time and helped me pick a whole outfit with boots, shirt, jeans, and even a hat say let’s just say the outfit was a success and even my family was surprised of how good the outfit looked.
