HORRIBLE experience!!! I would give it a zero if that were in option!! I took my touch screen computer there because I believed it had a virus!! They told me they cleared the virus out and wiped my computer clean. "It's like a brand new computer " I was told. However when picked up the computer and went to use it, it did not seem like a brand new computer there was programs on it that weren't even mine or on the computer when I brought it there. I'm not actually sure it's the same computer I dropped off believe they switched mine with another one!! Then I went to use my touch screen which was working when I dropped it off and it no longer worked. I tried to fix it myself but with no success thinking it was a simple fix, I called back. I was told to bring it back in, after waiting an hour I questioned them and a very rude Asian man told me they needed more time in a not so nice way. After a weeks time of leaving it there they said my touch screen wouldn't be working again and apparently the touchscreen computer I brought from Dell with windows 10 already installed on it is not compatible with windows 10.!!! He asked me where I got the computer and I said from the Dell and it was brand new when I got it!! He tried to tell me that my computer didn't start out with windows 10 which is a complete lie!!!!!! The owner, I guess is the nasty Asian man, needs to take a class in customer service before ever running a business again!!! I also called Dell and they verified what I knew to be true that all their computers are compatible with windows 10 and my touch screen should be working!!!! Never take any...

I recently had my computer repaired at CPS in Cinnaminson, NJ. I called a day or two beforehand and spoke with a man named Robert, who seemed polite enough. They had done some work for my sister-in-law a month earlier, and she said they seemed decent, so I decided to give them a try.
Unfortunately, while my machine was in their shop, I became ill and was in and out of the hospital. I spoke with Robert on at least two different occasions during that time to let him know what was going on. I dropped my computer off around August 1st or 2nd.
Yesterday, when I went in to check on it, Robert looked me in the face like we had never spoken on the phone and told me my computer had been considered “abandoned.” Because it had been there over 30 days, they had already sold it.
They sold my computer. All of my parents’ photos and other personal files—things I can never replace—are gone forever.
Please do not trust this place with your belongings. They will claim “policy,” but in reality, they will take your equipment and sell it. What happened to me was unacceptable and deeply personal, and I wouldn’t want it to happen to...

The lawsuit against CPS Computer was filed on October 30, 2007, alleging the distribution of infringing Microsoft software to an investigator, according to the complaint.
