I was at the Cinnaminson location this evening 9/25/2024. I will never go there again!!! An employee named Yesenia is extremely rude, condescending, mouthy, confrontational, belittling to her fellow employee's and customer's. She is shamefully unprofessional to say the least. I hope their corporate office,HR department, CEO, COO, VICE PRSIDENT, and Director of CUSTOMER RELATIONS reads their consumers messages, as it is very crucial to hear what is being said about their employees , and individual stores.. They as a whole are responsible for their employee's behaviors. What is more appalling is the lack of managerial intervention in reprimanding such unbecoming behavior from an employee. Her language is disgraceful and sickening! This is a very bad image for "Burlington" who is supposed to serve their community with respect, dignity, and professionalism. They need to fully train their managerial staff on work ethics! May I suggest seminars to preventing hostile work environments? I am completely appalled on this individuals unbecoming behavior.There is absolutely no excuse for her lack of respect for others. She should be ashamed of her actions. As an HR Director to my company this is not acceptable behavior in any manner. She would be terminated on the spot without a chance of possible rehire. Signed, a very disappointed constumer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas here recently with my kids. Burlington is one of my favorite stores ever! The prices, the products, I could shop here everyday if I could! The only problem I had was when we first walked in, my 2 year old immediately saw the silver metal hanger things you put on on the end racks for the makeup stuff? (Not sure what there called) but obviously as a toddler he was interested. He then banged it on shelf (is when I saw he has it) I told him he canāt have that as I walked over to him to grab it. This lady that works there also saw & walked right in front of me towards my toddler (aggressively I might add) which obviously scared him! So he ran away.. she than said āI need that, itās mine, can I have itā he says no & tries to run to me. With her still following him he got scared & threw the metal hanger. I apologized and she ignored me. After this.. she followed me around the store for what reason? Not sure! I also saw her telling another child to get off the chair when she was waiting for her mom. I ended up leaving my cart feeling so uncomfortable! Rather spend ny money else where than being stalked & having a woman scare my children when she obviously saw me going to...

So when the cashier scanned the dresses one of the dresses was more than the price tag. The young lady said the tag says 9.99.The cashier in a nasty demeanor said well itās not itās 19.99. I thought stores are supposed to honor the tags. Itās not the customers fault that the wrong tag was on. So the young lady told her to take that dress off and sheās only getting the other. That is not a way to run a business. People need to leave their problems at home instead of bringing them to work. And if itās your job making you be nasty towards customers then find another one.
