Stopped by to buy some Ukrainian products, specifically looking for "Torchyn ketchup." When I checked the shelves, I noticed that all of the ketchup items were expired - some by a few months, others by a few years. It even looked like some expiration dates were deliberately removed, possibly from the most outdated ones🤯🤯🤯( see the photo) When I asked the cashier if they had any non-expired Ukrainian ketchup, she casually brushed it off, saying something like, "It’s okay, it comes from Ukraine…it takes time to deliver, just buy it." I politely suggested she inform the manager that all the ketchup products were expired. Her response? "No, I won’t. That’s okay. You can just choose another brand." The customer service was horrible and unprofessional, even though I was being polite and simply asking if there was a fresh version of the product. Charging $5 for expired food is unacceptable. Seriously, what a joke.🤯🤯🤯

My #1 go-to Eastern European food market! I've been shopping here since around 2000–2002, when we moved to CH. Even though I live nearby and we’ve had other similar stores in the area (and still have one big European supermarket close by), this is the place me, my family, and most of my friends choose. They offer a great selection of foods from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, and the Baltic countries—some imported, others made in the US or Canada. You can sample many items before you buy, which is a huge plus! The recent renovation and expansion made it even better—more variety and some amazing pirozhki now too! Only thing I wish they had is a little food court or cafĆ© area, but everything else is top-notch. A++++, 5 stars, 100%! The owner and the staff are always super friendly, nice and helpful. P. S. Below is šŸ“ø of what we can get here, either to prepare some Slavic dishes or already ready to eat

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Citrus Plaza Market, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and the wide variety of fresh produce and gourmet products available. The first thing that caught my eye was the impressive selection of fruits and vegetables. Everything looked incredibly fresh, and I loved that they offered a great variety of organic options. The quality of the produce was outstanding, and it was clear that they take great care in sourcing the best products available. In addition to the fresh produce, Citrus Plaza Market also offers a fantastic selection of gourmet products. From artisanal cheeses to locally made jams and sauces, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed browsing their wine selection, which featured a great variety of local and international wines at reasonable prices. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and offer recommendations. It was clear that they were passionate about what they do, and it really enhanced the overall shopping experience. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Citrus Plaza Market, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, gourmet products, or just a friendly atmosphere to do your shopping, I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be...

I absolutely loved this place! Better prices on a bunch of things than that giant "Russian", European store down the street on Greenback. I had no idea it was the best hole in the wall grocery store around there. Even saw Americans there! That should tell you something! Fresh produce! Really nice workers, they were sooo helpful and eager to help. It's rare to find. Full of kindness and joy and genuine intent to serve and assist. Immigrants from Ukraine! From a war zone! I was very pleasantly surprised! It's my new favorite place in the city, I'll definitely visit them when I fly in again? My auntie sells home grown spinach there. They love her to death and we're super thrilled to see her and give me some free pastry samples. Everything fresh was so delicious and all the dry goods were amazing! They had really great tea and dry herbal infusion options! They even had my favorite blueberry 🫐 chicory root power coffee substitute powder that is hard to find! And it looks tiny but once you go in there's a whole second section of the store in the back that goes sideways. Go check it out and ask questions if you're looking for something specific to try or know what you want and...
