Mr. Lock & Key — Attraction in Citrus Park

Mr. Lock & Key Service (Noam) really knows his business. We tried a different locksmith before we called Mr. Lock & Key Service. The other Lock Smith was not able to make a key or a fob for our vehicle. He charged us $70 just to show up and could not complete the service. Once Mr. Lock & Key service arrived he immediately knew what he needed to do. I pay close attention to the people that I choose to do work for me. And by watching Mr. Lock & Key Service I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what he was doing and where he was going with this job. He knew about features on our vehicle that we didn’t even know about. He explained why the other Locksmith could not complete the job. It was a security feature that the other guy should have known about. But to make a long story short Mr. Lock & Key Service got the job done in a short period of time and was very professional as well as an EXCELLENT price. This guy is great! He came to my shop to make 2 extra keys for a car storage customer that ended up him having to order more chips than expected, coming back another day 5 days later and staying 2 1/2 hours the first day just for 2 extra keys. He ran into a problem that has never happened before. The person he is assured me no matter what he would make it happen and he did. Even coming back another day still charged me the original price which he said was lower than normal, but I was a first time customer. He also went through 5 computers to try and make them , but didn't work. If you need lock and key service I would not only recommend, but would highly recommend Norman. He is awesome! Noam is AMAZING!!! He recently fixed the very complicated ignition lock & housing on my Audi A4. He went way above and beyond; researching and locating all the parts needed. He showed up at the house, which saved us having to tow it, as soon as the part was in hand. In addition, he did the entire repair, over 3 hours, on the hottest day in Tampa ever!
