The Plaza is very accessible to walkers on all entry ways. Not easily accessible if you cannot use stairs or need a wheelchair. Near the south end of the Plaza, must walk down stairs to the Concourse, walk .5 miles to climb up steep stairs to the Plaza. The Plaza access road was blocked for this event. North end has stairs, too. Two possible, accessible ways are using the underground called the Concourse where the threater, Egg is located or the west side of the Plaza. Read moreI have been here 3x this season, my family and I love it. Picnic tables to sit and have a snack while you wait for the ice to get cleaned. Respectful and successful staff. On one visit, a Saturday there was a food truck (Philly Cheesesteaks) but no food truck the other 2 visits. 2 hr Sessions on weekends Warming stations available, not really warm when it’s windy. (It does help though 🤷🏽♀️) Saturdays are free skate rental. Sundays $5 to rent skates (Tues - Fri same price)

This is a good place for a beginner to learn because they have walkers to hold on to instead of cones or buckets.
