This was a pleasant first experience. I am used to West Coast Phó restaurants so a bit of a let down to my expectations, however, the service was friendly, prompt and eager to please. Today I had Amethyst bubble tea at this place and it was worst bubble tea that I must have had ever.. They charged $6.48 for 3/4th of glass of bubble tea which she was making it by just mixing half and half and some milk and taro flavor and some boba. When I asked her she said this is how it is since I asked for no ice she gave me just 3/4th which was tasting bad... service is very slow.. I would never recommend bubble...
