Rainbow Shops — Attraction in City of Albany

I visited your store in Westgates plaza in Albany NY. We arrived to the store around 6 pm spent almost and hour picking out clothes with my 4 children there was an incident where the staff were not able to efficiently prevent a theft the manager attempted to drive after the people but was not successful. Once he returned, he was extremely nasty to all the customers in the store telling everyone to get the he'll out everyone steals from him we are all thiefs I attempted take my purchase upfront to get the items my children need for the next day he proceeded to raise his voice and scream for me to get out i dont want to hear it.

This is not appropriate behavior to represent you brand nor just human decency to respect people I didn't steal nor intend to steal so why am I being treated nasty. After speaking to his staff which consists of all young women, they stated this is his usual behavior they are scared to complain in fear of losing their jobs. He is a nasty short man with a Napoleon complex who while losing money to theft also allowed a couple of hundreds of dollars in customer's money to walk away from your business by his nasty behavior

There are a lot of clothes here in this rainbow shop but not the type of clothes I would purchase. They need more sparkly glittery stuff for the new year for a woman they have a lot for the children but not for women they do not have any men's clothing by the way. And when you go in you must give them whatever bags you carry in there and it'll give you a ticket for it. Evidently they've had problems with shoplifters in their they do not have changing rooms you can purchase a clothing and then bring them back if they do not fit which I think is a hassle. Maybe in time you'll find a way to find some security for another security dressing room but that's what they really do need. The prices are very reasonable the clothes run smaller then the size they are unless it's one-size-fits-all. As for the shoes I don't care for them there are no traction on them for their boots for the winter there's smooth on the bottom any traction for the winter I would never buy them not even at the low prices they have waste of time. The jewelry is nice to have some nice winter wear and the perfume that is no name brand smells terrific they have sale going on right now three perfumes bottles for $10 and it's...
