TL;DR: go to any one of the chicken places nearby for fresher food. Wing Stop, Popeyes, and KFC are all way better, Chick-fil-A is dry and nothing is ever fresh in my 4 experiences at this location!
Trash everywhere, baby cups on the floor, trash blowing about like tumbleweeds in cartoons. No biscuits or fresh food (unless fried) after 10:30AM. I came at 5pm expecting fresh food, I guess that's not what this chain is about. Everything is over salted, nothing is edible. I was going to "upgrade" to some greens as a side for an extra $1.40, but if they are as fresh as everything else they'd come with a free side of Aspergillosis. Never come here!!! There is a Popeyes right next door- cleaner, they make food after 10:30AM, and you know what you are getting.
They offered a replacement meal, and when I went to get it, the manager Michael was clueless.
So I got a replacement meal. The breading stays attached to the chicken. It remains crispy. Biscuits are made fresh. Everything is hot. The cashier's weren't pushy, and not afraid to say "I don't know, but I could find out". They have fresh crispy potato wedges, and the sauce is way better! It was also $5 less. What is it that makes the replacement so much better on all accounts?
Upon many tries to receive edible fresh food at Chick-fil-A, I have been Dennis Rodman blocked on 4 times at this location. I tried speaking to someone ahead of time ince, just to maybe get their best effort. It was shameful.
This place is absolute trash, just look at the parking lot. I went back twice assured by management that they would make a fresh sandwich. I was lied to. Your managers need to read the Bible. This is absolutely against Chick-fil-A procedures, and this demonic hellscape needs to...
Read moreI’m very heartbroken to what I have encountered at Chick-fil-a today right after my first visit to this location and eat over there with my husband. We had a very great time and very positive experience with the Levon and other staff members. On our way heading back to the car dealer to get our car, we ran into a very sad and unfortunate young lady asking for help. I offered her a meal at CFA if she is hungry and she accepted. I went back with her to get her whatever she wants at the place I felt she will definitely love because of my previous recent positive experience. Unfortunately, even though I introduced her as my friend, the same representative and his manager loudly screamed at me refusing to serve food to her 💔 I requested from the representative to finish the transaction because I’m buying the food not Tia. I was embarrassed not disappointed of CFA and how inhumane the management was to the sad young lady. She assured me that she never encountered something like this before and this behavior was foreign. She was crying and no one came to help her feel better or apologize. I stayed with her talking trying to make her feel better. But that was not all. The order of the milkshake with the 12 pieces of chicken came partially and when I asked where is the rest of the food. I was told to wait because it comes separately! I waited for a good 10 minutes and after seeing several people getting served after us. I found out the representative never placed the complete order. The young lady who happened to be my guest was treated poorly and got discriminated because of her looks 😞 This was inhumane and cruel and please standup for all “HUMANITY” as what God ordered us to do in all of the Holy...
Read moreI generally like this Chick-fil-A location; the food is consistently good, the drinks are well-made, and most of the time my order is prepared quickly. The location itself is convenient, and for the most part, my visits have been positive in terms of what I came for: the food.
However, the customer service at this location doesn’t quite meet the standard that Chick-fil-A is known for. As a former employee, I know how intentional the service is supposed to be—friendly, warm, and attentive. Here, I often feel rushed while placing my order, whether inside or in the drive-thru. The employees taking the orders and even those handing out food at the window usually don’t show much engagement or friendliness. Just very robotic. It often feels like a quick transaction with little to no eye contact or enthusiasm, and sometimes it seems like they just want to get through the line rather than actually serve the guests.
It’s not a terrible experience; the food is solid and the service is fast enough most days. However, the lack of customer interaction really diminishes the overall experience. At times, it feels more like visiting a McDonald’s, where great customer service isn’t necessarily expected. It’s disappointing because Chick-fil-A is known for going the extra mile, and I believe this location could easily improve in that area with the right leadership and focus.
I’m not sharing this to be overly critical, but rather in hopes of raising awareness and encouraging efforts to improve the team’s energy and engagement to meet the expectations people have for...
