A space that has become 10% wonderful and used by families with their children and 90% an after-dark loitering ground for teenagers and up. I cannot speak as to whether RXR is in charge of its oversight or not, but the grounds would honestly have made for a fantastic outdoor performing arts pavilion (a promise made but not kept) or a community garden, or even more plain grass turf.
