Amazon DAX5 - City of Industry — Attraction in City of Industry

So cool but I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking the routes are a bit heavy. Something's changed recently. My first couple times doing flex here i was able to finish with in the time given but lately it's become very much ridiculous to finish unless you break all laws and run everywhere. Even when i do finish in time, it's barely just at the edge and that is because i sped between stops, ran from car to house back. Took blurry pictures. Ran amuck all over. Then just recently out of nowhere, I'm unable to even complete after 10pm and the app boots you from the schedule route. Never happened before, always able to finish if after 10pm. Now I'm stuck with packages that i need to return when i could just go to each customer and be done in literally 15min but now customers are gonna be pissed cause they gotta wait day and Amazon probably has to refund them for not getting their delivery on time. Why? Piss a customer off, lose money or make customer happy and deliver now and save money? How's this a thing to...

We’ve ordered a lot of merchandise from Amazon Prime we’ve been dealing with Amazon since 2012. It’s been up and down in service mostly it’s good they’ve always replaced what has been lost or stolen or damaged. Their drivers are always friendly and courteous they are hard workers Raul who delivered my latest package which I received in two days was courteous and friendly and made sure everything was good on my end, there was also Kevin's customer service I called an issue with another package. I like the staff but something isnt quite right here. Every other hub i go to has my packages ready and im in and out my routes also the amount of packages i receive. Everywhere else i am able to finish my blocks on time. But here i struggle Greatly at getting them done on time most of the time i get close but no cigar. Even a block that had just 3 packages in it. The deliveries were so far apart i had to get on the freeway between each package. And everytime i go i have to wait at least an hour to an 1-1/2 before i even get checked in.
