Yesterday, I mistakenly paid for the wrong parking space. I parked in space #403, but paid for #402, which was occupied by the company's snow loader. I realized my error when I returned to my car hours later and noticed the ticket left on my car. I contacted the office immediately and spoke with "Tasha" who was rude and dismissive. She told me the ticket was my responsibility, despite the obvious error. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She told me her supervisor's name was Cathy and that I should call her in the morning after 8:30am. I spoke with "Cathy" who also informed me that it didn't matter if I made a mistake, I still parked in a space that was not paid for and the violation was valid. I asked to speak with someone in upper management and was directed to an email address. I submitted an email of the incident including a photograph of the snow loader parked in space #402. I received an email from "Megan Rice" stating that I am responsible for paying for the violation. Lax Parking was not willing to dismiss the violation or reduce it by the fee I paid for the space occupied by their snow loader. This company is extremely inflexible and display very poor...

It appears they only clean once a month while being paid for four weeks. These individuals are contributing to the litter problem in our community. It seems that words like "clean," "cleanliness," or anything related to cleanliness are...
Read moreThe waiting areaa need to be cleaned. Many homeless people sleep & eat in there. If you take the early trains like around 5am they are still in there & you can wait inside for your train. This is unfair to people who pay almost $240 a month to take the train into the city. Also, a clerk needs to be on site more often. There's hardly anyone here most days especially after the...
