Galo the store manager is excellent. I felt very comfortable and confident about doing business here. They are super professional and kind. I been to the Mt. Vernon location twice now. Aneuryr is the employee who assisted me on my last visit. I couldn't be more greatful for him on my most recent pawn. They are very fair and considerate with pricing. They go above and beyond customer service. If you have any questions, you should call. They're patient and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. Really can't say enough wonderful things about GPB and my experience. My only advice, is to bring some quarters for street parking, which there is plenty of. Didnt even test rings with acid or check the diamonds on my ladys ring which were verified. Offered her $3 dollars without examining the ring, just placed them on a scale! Very lazy customer service, the guy behind the window didnt even have a pry knife to examine the watches I had. Poorly equipped place. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT ALL with them. When the guy pulls out the calculator he factors 30% off of what the market value of the item is worth . Not discreet at all, almost insulting. Definitely...
