First of all, I never had the patience to even broadcast a negative experience; but this encounter took it to a whole new level. I had spent close to 200$ in the store prior. I had ask the nice lady the return policy and she informed me because I left in another state, I can return any item as long as the tags were still on and condition was brand new looking. Fast forward, maybe 2 weeks later, I had the time to return to store. I politely went into store and explain my situation for an exchange of another product. This man went barking on me already. He tells me itās policy for 7 days exchange only. I proceeded telling him that the employee honored me another policy. He was so defensive and angry and cut me off any way he can. I couldnāt even get my point across to him. He then tells me heās the owner. I explicitly explain the employee promised me to come back if I had a problem. He would only exchange for a different color of the jacket; but I wanted a different jacket instead.fast forward,5-7 minutes talking back n forth with him, we didnāt resolve anything. this man was so rude and short fused. I told him I will never shop here again and will not recommend the store to any fellow human. I guess he got a lot going on in his life to talk to customers any way he feels fit. I say a rude remark when I left the store and I went to throw away a brand new 45$ jacket in garbage. I donāt want anything from that store because itās tainted and come from bad energy. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Dec, 11, 2022, my wife went into the store to purchase some pants for me. The owner, Mr. Abdul, informed my wife that if the pants don't fit to bring it back for exchange. Spoke to Mr. Abdul 3 day later and he said that there is no exchange for clearance. In an abrasive tone, I informed him that he told my wife that he would accept the exchange. He remembered her and immediately told me to come to the store. There was a posted sign saying no exchange on clearance items. Mr. Abdul and I apologized, even though he never lost his cool on our call. I remember him saying, "the customer is always right." Mr. Abdulās business is customer service focus. For him, itās not about getting a sale; it's more about having satisfied customers and of course the sales will fall in line. He and his employee (a lady that I had briefly met because her shift ended) are very knowledgeable about their products. Sometimes we go into a store not sure what we are looking for. They give excellent suggestions. I did my exchange and ended up buying more pants and a pair of shoes. I recommend Uniform Palace 150 % and intend to let this be my one stop shop for uniforms! Uniforms Palace will be the only place where I purchase my scrubs. šThey have the best selection I have even seen in one place. Itās definitely a palace and I was treated like a princess! šøThe sales representative was extremely helpful. šI also met the owner, Abdul who went above and beyond!!š It was after closing, but he didnāt rush me out of the store. He took the time to help me find scrub shirts to match the scrub pants I was buying. Abdulās picks were great! I love, love my new scrubs, they are so comfortable, flattering and pretty! How often can you say that about scrubs.I canāt wait to go back and buy some more scrubs. I purchased the Greyās Anatomy scrub pants, they are very stylish and come in beautiful bright colors.
