I celebrated my sons birthday . I purchased the Mega VIP package. Total for everything was $662. According to the mega VIP tickets I was supposed to get many things within this package. I only received three from the list; a space to celebrate my sons birthday because even though is specify on the package a private room the set is up on the basketball court side. Our host supposed to decorate? My family and me had to carry all the decorations and the food and decorate ourself s plus clean up. The previous party that was there did not clean up and we had to clean up the tables and garbage that was on the floor. I spent more than one hour trying to discuss and explain to the workers there that the package that I paid for was for a private room not for a court area, plus this was located on a second floor with only stairs, which meant that two of my guest whom were handicapped couldn’t join us due to the space location limitation. Our party was supposed to end at 6:15pm we had to wait because another party was running late and then we were rushed for our party that stared at 6:40pm and they literally told us to get out at 7:10pm this was really a nightmare the time that I was supposed to be spending with my son, family and friends celebrating my sons birthday I spend it trying to figure out why my party wasn’t going to the way it stated on the package. I couldn’t celebrate with my son due to this. On top of all these poor management customer service my guest and I did not receive what was described on the package, nobody received the sky zone bottle. My son never received his t-shirt as stated on the package, The party favor, the stickers, the mega VIP standard pass for guest jumper to go back. No utensil was provided during the party, at all time we were by ourselves with out any help. I couldn’t even cut the cake because no host was around to get me something to cut my sons birthday. Adding to all these things that were not provide for a package that listed and I paid my money and did not received what I paid for! Because I paid for a Mega VIP package and received the Basic package as I described. If you look at the basic package and what was provide to me that was exactly what was offered to me plus no host and the aggravation and taking the time away from my sons celebration and family and friends. Read moreI attended the park in late may and my total was $190 for 3 adults and 3 children. I was totally fine paying that but then my cashier offered me a “family deal” and told me my new total would be $153 and I thought that was even better so obviously I went ahead with it. Little did I know that he was signing me up for a membership and I have had the biggest annoyance dealing with the cancellation of it! First off he did not once mention it being a recurring charge or a subscription of any sort and I have two other adults on hand who witnessed this and agreed he did not mention it. He passed it on as a “family pack”. Secondly they barely answer the phones and when they finally did I was told the subscriptions are handled by a third party called defy. So now calling defy they also never answer the phones and when I went on to try and cancel through their website guess what? They have a 3 month commitment requirement for the subscription! So now I had to completely close out my chase card and request a new one so I can stop getting skyzone charges. I feel like the skyzone employees do this on purpose knowing it’s not an easy cancellation process and maybe they make some sort of commission off of sign ups. My nephews had a great time but it was not worth the headaches a month later I will not be attending this place ever again and I will also be going in person to make a complaint. At this point they gave me such a headache that I’m going to return the favor! Like I said not once did the words “membership”, “sign up”, or “subscription” come out of this employees mouth. Highly disappointed and would not recommend for any parent with an austic child. Aside from their very restrictive jump rules (only one child per square to jump at a time. However, the squares are in front of a foam pit so you have to wait until said child finishes jumping which could be 10 minutes later; only 12 kids on at a time even though there are 24 squares? ), the discrimination felt against my child was present. No behavioral issues but enjoying jumping on the trampoline. However, sometimes crosses onto another part on his jumping. Staff treated him like a deliquent and even went out of their way to make another parent aware of his "behavior" so she took her child away. Yet, when other children jumped in his path, he was asked to step off the area. I have been to the RIDGEHILL site with no issues and they were very accommodating with no ridiculous restrictions.
I booked this place for my daughter's birthday for convenience but will NEVER again come here. Aside from their discrimination and restrictions, the staff was underwhelming. My party hostess was the only saving grace of this establishment as the other workers were snarky and blatantly rude to patrons. People pay good money to enjoy themselves and for you to take their money, restrict their pay, discriminate against children is ridiculous.
The New Rochelle site needs better staff, training, and overall and overhaul. I will be sticking to RIDGEHILL site...
