I would like to formally address the ongoing situation and clarify some of the communication that occurred during this process.
On February 15, 2025, I attempted to reach out to you four times, and also sent two emails on February 18, two emails on February 19, and one email on February 20. I continued trying to contact your team until February 21, but Mr. Mulla was off that day. If any of these phone calls or emails went unanswered, I kindly ask for clarity and the details of any missed calls or overlooked messages on your end.
Today, when I called to speak with Mr. Mulla, I expressed my continued interest in making a purchase but wanted to ensure that everything was in order before proceeding. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional response from Mr. Mulla, where his tone was aggressive and completely unacceptable. He stated, “You have a bad credit score; if you had over 700, I would help, but in this case, no deposit, nothing.” This response was not only discouraging but uncalled for, as I was ready to pay a deposit and proceed with the transaction today.
When I asked him to adjust his tone and speak more respectfully, he responded with, “Who are you to change my tone? Who are you? Are you God? Who?” This exchange was recorded, and I find it shocking that a professional in customer service would speak to a customer in this manner.
If you determined earlier that you were unable to work with me due to my financial situation, I believe it would have been more respectful and efficient to communicate that upfront. I would not want to waste either your time or mine.
While I have experienced positive communication with your team, unfortunately, my encounter with Mr. Mulla left me feeling disrespected, and I am deeply disappointed by this experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future interactions with customers are handled with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I wanted to take a moment to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of communication and follow-up over the past several days. I have been waiting for nearly six days now with no response from either of you.
If sales representatives are unavailable, it is concerning that there’s no one else available to assist, including the manager (Jasmine). I initially worked with Camry, which was sold, and I was ready to move forward with purchasing a similar vehicle. However, despite my eagerness, I have received no email responses for the past five days, and there have been no phone calls returned from either you, Jasmine, or Matthew.
Additionally, I submitted my finance application 2-3 days ago, but have yet to receive any communication regarding that. I called multiple times today, leaving messages for you, Jasmine, and still have not received a callback.

Read morePurchased a new RAV4 XLE hybrid at New Rochelle in May 2025 after an awful experience at a neighboring Toyota dealer on central avenue whereby we waited for a new vehicle for 5 weeks but the manager tried to change the sale price (already negotiated, cash OTD) at contract signing.
After that experience-we were burned, but began communicating with New Rochelle Toyota and Sunae in sales about availability. She was responsive and understanding, gave us an out the door price for cash and let us know when a new vehicle arrived but didn't pressure us to put down a deposit to hold. It was because of this no pressure approach that we visited when a vehicle arrived with the intention of purchasing if there were no "shenanigans" but prepared to walk if there were (and buy another vehicle brand)!
Sunae met us and handed us over to MyHa who took care of the initial paperwork. The car was still wrapped plastic and we didn't even test drive because a new Toyota has a stand-alone reputation. MyHa handed us off to the business manager, which was the most anxiety provoking aspect (for us) based on our awful prior experience on central Avenue. Darnell was our manager and he was respectful, efficient and never tried to renegotiate the out the price communicated from Sunae. Sure - he offered additional warranties that we declined and there was no pressure.
While the paperwork was being finalized, I added insurance while my partner went to the bank to draw a check for the negotiated price. While at the bank, the cashier commented that they were the 5th customer that day to request a bankers check for New Rochelle Toyota, so clearly others are doing business there too!
Two hours later, we left with our brand new Toyota and exhaling a sigh of relief that the experience didn't spike our blood pressure! Shout out to Sunae, credited for getting us in the door to begin with, to MyHa for being so pleasant and accommodating and Darnell for his efficiency and transparency.
One final comment is that my partner did try here about 2 months prior and dealt with different sales staff (2 males - don't t know their names) who DID try high pressure sales tactics. Specifically, they wanted a $500 deposit that day which would increase to $1000 of the deposit was not made by end of day. That made my partner walk, and honestly made us unsure about New Rochelle Toyota.
