YUM Ice Cream& Bubble tea — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

Worst place! they clearly have no respect for costumers . I went in with kids, placed my order then she asked me to wait outside for 30 minutes , I thought because she had a lot of order to make . Almost 8 people stepped in after me and she served them . I stepped back inside asking the costumers if they ordered ahead or did they just order they r, they said we just ordered. Asked the store owner why I was asked to step outside while so many people came after me and were served . She said mine was a special order that is ridiculous, I asked for one flavor ice cream and three toppings on each. Me and my kids were told to step out! Why should these poor little kids watch everyone get their ice cream and they have to wait in this 90 degrees weather . Never going back again . Now u wanna call me a liar ? First of all there was no one behind me when I came in your unprofessional shop .And it is not my problem for letting your 10 years old to write down everything wrong that I ordered and u yourself had to come back to fix it , so don’t throw your own mistake on me .I had three kids so yes it will take time to ask each one of them what they want .Also it’s very funny how u add an extra 20 minutes and made my wait only 5 . You clearly have no respect for you costumers . It’s funny how you care so much about everyone that was behind me and didn’t want them to wait a second when you requested us to come back in 30 minutes , So YES YOU DID ASK US TO COME IN BACK IN 30 MINUTES. And it makes no sense to serve the people behind me because they were waiting while I was ordering my ice cream everyone has to waits for their turn ! I went back in as soon as I noticed that we were kicked out in the 90 degree weather with little kids begging me to go inside while you were serving everyone that was behind us so unprofessional ! I am not surprised though at all. OH and for the people that were behind me , that you decided to serve before me they were very surprised , when I asked them (Hey did u just placed you order now , it’s weird that she’s making you order before mine ) They said YES we just placed the order !and pointed back to you and said oh that’s not our problem...

I walked in there around 1pm on Valentine’s Day. Not 1 customer in sight. I asked if they had matcha ice cream lady said yes and then asked for a sample she said no. No problem I turned around and walked right out of the establishment. I will continue enjoy my ice cream in China town where I know the ice cream is very good and so is the customer service. You can sample the ice cream as well. Response to below I speak English very well. I didn't misunderstand anything, you were very dismissive. You said no, nothing more and i turned around & left. YUM Ice Cream & Bubble Tea is my go-to ice cream spot to take the kids, and they absolutely love it! One gets the boba drink, and the other enjoys the rolled-up ice cream. It's pretty cool how they make the ice cream right in front of you with just cream and added ingredients – the novelty has definitely not worn off. The kids enjoy watching it get made, and honestly, I do too! It seems like a family-run business, which is always a nice touch. They also have a stamp reward program, so after a certain number of orders, you get a free boba drink on your 10th visit! Definitely a place I’ll keep...
