I just wanted to share a review about the sweetest, kindest woman who’s always there when I need her. Every now and then, when I’m low on cash and have to pawn something, she’s the one who makes the experience feel okay. I wish I could remember her name she’s Spanish, I believe but what I do remember is how genuinely sweet she is. She always makes me laugh and reminds me that tough times happen to all of us.

It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I remember when I used to come in and the guy working there was so cold—I’d leave feeling ashamed just for walking through the door. But now, everything feels different. I picked up my computer yesterday, and while I was there, I started browsing around. I’ve got my eye on a food processor, and I think I’m going to go back and buy it.

What an awesome experience I had on today I wasn’t expecting to be where I’m at but I’m truly grateful for the woman who was there whose name is Gaudy she doesn’t know exactly how much she blessed me.
