Joe Encino, the manager at BWW, soured my experience at this establishment by charging me for an order that I never received and that he insisted was canceled. To be clear, I placed An order via the BWW app for pick up and upon arriving learned that my order was canceled and I would need to reorder and pay again in order to obtain my food. Although I explained that I never canceled any order and there must be some mistake, Joe, instead insisted that there was no error and in order to get my food, I'll need to place the order again. I asked why I never received an email stating that the order was canceled and asked to see the voided transaction. Joe couldn't furnish anything stating that the order was void. He only showed me something saying that the food was comped. I explained that this appears to be for free food rather than a deleted transaction but Joe was adamant and may i add RUDE when he said that the charge would not go through. In fact he made it a point to tell me that he explained it 3 times already and is telling me again that the hold on my card for the transaction would not go through. Guess what happened? The charge went through exactly 3 days later and when I called to discuss, Joe said he's not sure why there was a charge and its the banks fault. That I should take it up with them because he didn't submit the transaction in his invoice batch. he further told me he made my food and had it in his hand the day of the incident BUT did not mention it at the time because I was focused on the credit card charge. When I asked him why not just tell me the food was ready, he said it just didn't come up. I explained that him mentioning he had the food would have resolved everything and then this charge would have been legitimate. He only told me to reconcile with my bank and if I still have issues with the bank then I should call him back. I told him that his suggestion seemed backwards as he should resolve it since he sent through the charge but he said No.
Clearly Joe lacks training and needs to learn problem solving skills. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but that should never be taken out on loyal customers. The fact that he doubled down today when I called to further resolve tells me it wasn't just an off day but a skills deficiency. It's bad enough that the quality of food here is inconsistent and is sometimes stale. But to deal with a manager that is rude and has a chip on his shoulder makes it all the more worse. Please have Joe improve his attitude so that he won't lose other customers . As for me, I'm through with BBW. I'll take my business to Beechmont Tavern...

Read moreTHIS IS THE WORST BUFFALO WILD WINGS EVER! I've been here many times and there always is some problem, whether it's a messed up food order or a long wait. I went there yesterday with group of friends to celebrate a birthday and decided we will never be going back; it was the last straw. Here are our reasons why: Service is straight piss. It took 40 mins to get a table for 9 people meanwhile there were many unoccupied tables available. When we finally got seated no one came to take our orders so finally we had to ask a waitress to come over. Then waitress forgot to put in 2 sampler platters and messed up 4 simple orders of wings. Pitchers of beer took about 25 mins to arrive, which is outrageous.(Should be no more than 10 mins it's literally pouring beer from a tap, is that so hard?) Only half our tables order came out at first then the rest of us waited another 20 mins to get our food, which ended up coming out cold. The list goes on, but I think you get the point.
I am unsure if it is the wait staffs fault, the kitchens fault, or the managements fault, but something needs to change ASAP. The waitress kept blaming the kitchen staff for the messed up orders, which doesn't make sense because she admitted she forgot to put in the food order. It literally consists of dropping chicken wings in a fryer for a couple mins then throwing some sauce on them; SO SIMPLE A MONKEY CAN DO IT.
I will say that the food was good, but the service was so bad it is not even worth it. A simple birthday dinner turned into 3 hours due to the incompetency of the staff. Our bill was $270, next time we will just go to Mcdonalds and get 10 big macs and 3 20 piece nuggets.
GET RID OF THE STAFF AND TRAIN COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK THERE OR I PROMISE YOU WILL GO...
