The FOOD was absolutely delicious! Cooked to order, it was fresh and HOT!! Seasoned perfectly! Venue smells divine and is clean, bright, beautifully decorated. Staff is very friendly and attentive. There were several "oops" in our experience though: We opted to dine in. You are not offered the option of having an open ticket in case you want to add on an item after being seated. They also ask for the tip in advance. Never have I paid the tip before being seated and finishing our meal. The dining in experience should be totally different from the takeout-delivery experience. We were given plastic eating utensils, packets of ketchup and hot sauce, tartar sauce in a plastic cup. There was no salt or pepper on the table. Is the lack of proper condiment dispensers at the table a pandemic food safety requirement? They currently have no fountain service. Water, soda, etc are all sold and served in bottles. They do not offer drinking glasses, and do not carry ice! We ordered the crab boil and added mussels for an additional $5.00. Four of the mussels were unopened making them inedible. There should be utensils to use to crack and eat the crab! None are provided. Also, provide a way to keep the flavored butters used in the crab boil hot at the table. As you eat, the butter cools fast. A way to keep it warm would be appreciated. That all said, the food did not disappoint! We look forward to seeing improvements upon our return and will be sure to tell our family and friends to go eat and...
Read moreThis was our first time and we really enjoyed our food. They were out of a lot of the things we wanted to try..crab sticks, dungeness crab, and didn't have enough bread for our fish sandwiches, but that didn't much matter... We subbed snow crab and for the lack of bread, they gave us fries and Mac n cheese - complimentary. Was a bit generous for a slice of bread, but they were making up for the inconvenience. Gotta appreciate and love that!!
I also didn't like my first cocktail... although the waitress advised it's one of the most popular, it was just too sour for my tastes and it was changed without hesitation. My second cocktail was very good.
The only complaint was the service was lacking. Let me be clear, the quality of service was awesome, but they seemed extremely short staffed. The person in front of the house was the waitress, bartender, cashier, server, take out and whatever else and seemed very frazzled at times.. However she was awesome when she could get a moment to check on us.
I believe good food takes time so they do compensate for the wait time by providing games on the table such as connect 4 to keep you occupied. We will definitely return...

Read moreI’m only giving 4 stars because they’re still getting things together , but the potential is there for them to attain 5 stars in the near future . We visited last night after a random pick on Google . It’s a cozy space and the staff are welcoming and very pleasant . Being a Friday night , the place was hopping , so we did have a little wait on getting our meals , but the music was good , the staff friendly and it gave us a chance to truly talk . We ordered seafood boils and we’re not disappointed when they were brought to us . It’s not the big wok of food usually served in seafood boils , but we believe it was actually portioned just right to not be overstuffed . The seasoning was right on point with lots of visible garlic and not overly salty like in most boils elsewhere . Once they get their liquor license , some counter stools and open their outdoor space in the warmer months , they’ll be a force to reckon with . I wish them much success in this venture and it was certainly worth the 30 minute ride to get there . Keep striving guys , you’re...
