Spiritually Rooted — Attraction in City of North Tonawanda

When I went into this place it was so perfect for me that it was like coming home. I couldn't and wouldn't have changed a thing. BUT(of course ☹️)I spent about $50 and because I found this place unexpectedly, that was a lot of money for me. I was still looking around after my purchase when a young lady(about 11yo) bumped into me and caused my bag to drop to the floor. Of course the incense burner made of soap stone broke into pieces. I was so sad. The only thing that the girl at the register said was to try nail glue to fix it?!? I was more than disappointed. I had just lost the main part of my purchase. The rest was incense for the burner that is now in pieces. I spent 4 hours trying to glue it back together and it was not only nerve-racking but it was completely POINTLESS and I ended up having to give up and go to bed in tears. Now I was short on my BILLS AND DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT SOME INCENSE AND A BROKEN BURNER. I guarantee that Etsy would have sent me a new one and they would not have even been present when it was broken. Anyway........I live over an hour away and had already intended on going back after I got paid(more than once......they would have been sick of me)this week. I've changed my mind. I can't afford to throw $ away. I'll just continue to make my purchases on Etsy. I owned and ran a small business for almost 20 years. Sometimes u have to take a small hit to ur wallet to keep a customer. If it would have been replaced, they would have MORE THAN made their loss back within 7 days. Unfortunately about $20 cost them hundred in sales in the near future. I am Buddhist and my daughter and I have been studying and recently started practicing Wicca so..........they would have been sick of my face i promise u. Sadly........it's back to the internet. This world would be a more welcoming place if businiesses studied customer service and learned what it truly is. I haven't seen true customer service in DECADES!!!! It doesn't exist anymore. The people in the car with me were mad......they won't be returning either. ...

I have shopped her for years, I've spent so much money here and have been a pretty damn good loyal customer, I get they have a policy on no refunds but again I bought another ring had it for two days barely wore it and the stone flew out. I found it but when i called they could careless. Telling me to bring it in so they can fix it when I've been told Many times yall don't fix jewelry and to take it to a jeweler. I've never asked for a refund but this was defective and when I asked for one I was told the policy again. I know i completely lost my shit to the worker on the phone and for that i truly am sorry, it was uncalled for and I let my emotions get the best of me. Once again Im out hundreds of dollars on a ring that broke due to a defective or just badly made, not because I beat the crap out of it. More than half my rings from there have randomly broke not just from basic wear either. My Christmas gift from my husband was from here and the stone fell out the first time I wore it. I've brought this up a couple times casually when I was shopping there and I was always told take it to a jeweler or glue it back in I just don't understand why it's always the customers fault. I'm so upset as this was my favorite store even if they were more expensive. Now I also have to pay more money to have a jeweler fix my ring they refused to refund. UPDATE....yall did nothing but glue my stone back into the setting and lied to me. How awful. I may have been an unreasonable when I called the first time and your worker didn't deserve it but I don't deserve to be out almost 300$ on a ring yall refused to refund, replace or actually...

I will NEVER shop here again. Anyone who takes their spirituality/practices serious, I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. This is the WORST metaphysical store you could ever go to.

The employees here are flippantly rude. The whole place is a cavernous negative energy trap. Anyone who is sensitive to energies will understand this. I spoke to Jacky or Becky I think was her name and she was exceptionally rude. Simply by the tone in her voice, you could tell she had no regard.

The prices here are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. It’s devious and unscrupulous. They are blatantly scamming you out of money. You can find the same crystals at other shops in the area with similar quality for HALF THE PRICE. It’s unethical and it’s wrong to exploit spirituality and crystals etc. Anyone who is serious about their spirituality/practices please do yourself a favor and do not shop here. The energy is gravely off. They’re trying to swindle us out of money and it’s these exact capitalistic business practices that are going to put this place out of business. They deserve to be, because a place that’s going to exploit others doesn’t deserve anything. The only thing “Spiritually Rooted” is rooted in is taking your money. There’s nothing spiritual about this place. Greed is a sin. There will be a day you have to answer Judgement’s Call and “Spiritually Rooted,” YOU will have to answer for your deception...
