Computer Outlet North Inc. — Attraction in City of Oswego

This company and the people who work there have -outdone- themselves so far! I am thoroughly impressed! I just got my computer back today and it's working perfectly! Better, actually!

What I turned in to them was an ASUS laptop that was only a few months old. After trying every common and not so common method of fixing the 100% Disk Usage problem that tends to plague Microsoft operating systems from 8-10, I decided to try something more drastic. Since my computer had actually become unusable because of this error, (Yep, that's how bad it got.), I decided to install Win 7 Home. Worst case scenario, my computer would go from useless to useless. Which, is unfortunately what it did. Actually, it was even -more- useless than before because I couldn't connect to the internet, use my USB ports or even move my mouse! Oops... Also I failed to save an image. (A backup file of the previous operating system.) FAAAAAIL. So, I turned it in to Computer Outlet North Inc and I'm so glad I did.

So here's what I got back: My computer is running -extremely- fast now. I have Window's 10 back. (I told them they could give me either system as long as it works.) My mouse is back and working and even though I haven't tested the USB ports yet, I'm positive that they took care of those too. infomercial voice BUT WAIT! THAT'S NOT ALL! I also got a great new start menu and a working version of Microsoft Office 2007! Plus, they even brought back my touch screen even though I said it was okay if they didn't! WOOT!

You know what they charged me? Are you ready for this? $60. I'm not even kidding!

A great hidden gem for computer sales and service in Baldwinsville. My laptop keyboard quit working. After days for trying to solve the problem myself from reinstalling the drivers to reinstalling Windows, I took it to Computer Outlet North. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning keyboard. They ordered the part, installed it and had my laptop back in no time. During this time I was in the market for a gaming pc tower. I priced the ones they built at Computer Outlet and compared them to other retail stores including the big box stores. Computer Outlet prices were less then the others but all were in the same price range. I chose to buy from Computer Outlet because of the tech working at the store. Anyone interested in the industry can sell and repair computers. But it’s comforting to talk to a tech who enjoys their job. Ryan, the tech at Computer Outlet is their business in Baldwinsville. They can employ anyone to repair computers, but Ryan really cared about me and solving my problems; and it showed. Computer Outlet is good for computer issues that I will now exclusively use, but Ryan puts this store above head and shoulders of...

Literally do not go here, I dropped my phone three feet it doesn't crack but the screen won't work anymore, they tell me it "cracked internally" and quote me 120 and 3-5 business days. I asked they make sure my fingerprint will work after, guy says sure, he was kind of rude and dismissive but maybe a bad day for him whatever. It takes over a week to get a call back from this place, I go pick it up and things aren't even working, one being my fingerprint and they just say they don't know what to tell me and they'll have to take it apart again to figure it out?? I need my phone for two factor authentication for logging in to stuff for my school work, I've been emailing to get school work sent to me since I can't access it, huge inconvenience for me like I need my phone no I don't want to give it to you for you to dick around with it for another week and charge me another bazillion dollars. I have a half working screen and I'm out 130 bucks, I'm going somewhere...
