I had a very disappointing experience with Stacy K. I've used Stacy K about four times, I live out of state on the West Coast and have used her flower delivery service for my mom and sister multiple times. The time I am writing about is this past mother's Day. I ordered flower bouquets and gift boxes for my mother and for my sister and they are by no means cheap but I thought I trusted her service and quality and it would be worth it. I was mistaken though. So if no one is aware of their policy someone has to be present in order for the flowers to be delivered they will not leave them by the front door due to the risk of "theft". They called me a few times because the driver was trying to deliver bc no one was home I did not get the call so they decided not to deliver the flowers to my mother. They were able to leave the flowers by my sister's front door though so it seems this "policy" is dependent on discretion of the driver. I then received an email from the Stacy K team saying that the delivery did not happen. As soon as I saw this email I responded back and said please deliver the flowers as soon as possible but being 3 hours behind on the WC, the driver had already gone home for the day and it was too late to deliver. They told me that they would redeliver on Monday. I was so upset to hear this news as I am out of state and couldn't be with my mom on mother's Day I wanted her to have a little something from me and she didn't. I've never personally experienced this before with flowers not being able to be left on the front porch. Just something to keep in mind for anyone else that may be in the situation. I did give this small business and opportunity to make things right because I was so upset I explained the situation and emailed their team with a little bit of back and forth with the team and Stacy K did reach out to me and was not apologetic for my experience and was very defensive about the driver and their "policy". Lastly the flowers were delivered on Monday and my Mom received them and sent me a picture and they are brown on the edges and some are wilted. I did send a photo of the brown flowers to Stacy and ask for a refund and she offered to have a driver come and pick the flowers up tomorrow and then she would give me a refund or she will bring a fresh bouquet at no additional cost. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to come and pick up a brown bouquet of flowers in order to get the refund and it's not just the brown flowers that were the initial problem it was the fact that I didn't get these delivered before mother's Day. So I did request that a driver come and pick up the flowers so I was able to get a refund. I told my mom this option and she agreed because she was not happy with the flowers which is very sad. I would also like to mention there is no genuine apology in this email there was no remorse, it was terrible customer service for a small business that should be treating their customers much better to keep their business. I will absolutely never spend another dime at Stacy K. The prices are outrageous and the service and quality does not match it.

Read moreI have been a customer of Stacy K Floral for the past 6 years or so. She makes the cutest trendiest headpieces which I immediately was drawn towards. Such a sophisticated classy extra touch for those special occasions and when you want to stand out.
However, this past year with the onset of the pandemic, was when I truly embraced my time and experiences at Stacy K Floral. Staying at home increased significantly due to the changing environment. Quite frankly, I needed a way to boost my mood, purify my air, and find a new delightful hobby in the midst of all of this uncertainty!
I'll tell you this- I do not know the first thing about plants. But the staff @ Stacy K are professional, educated, and top notch at their craft. And they are such good teachers! So patient with me and explaining what plants are best, what's a great floral arrangement etc. They can put together a flower arrangement and make it look like the most gorgeous, prettiest bloom fest in the face of this earth. They can add texture, add the right colors and compliment everything perfectly. Not sure about that negative review below as I have bought numerous arrangements here as well and have never had a problem. Stacy K and all of her staff here are a pleasure to work with....

At the initial consultation, it became very clear to me that Stacy K's vision goes far beyond assembling beautiful bouquets, she has a complete vision of the wedding she is creating. I went to her with some very general ideas and after checking out my Pinterest page, she immediately starting showing me pictures of arrangements, vases, and other decor that I absolutely loved. I was very concerned about the color of the Chiavari chairs that came with our venue (black when I really wanted gold) and Stacy immediately proposed a solution that was not only cheaper than renting all new chairs, but also much more eye-catching. In addition to designing the bouquets and table arrangements, Stacy K and her team also brought in gorgeous damask table cloths, decor for the ceiling, and set up all of the additional decorations that my parents brought in to supplement the decor we rented from Stacy. We put the design of our wedding entirely in Stacy K's hands and it came out SO beautifully. We could not have done it without her.
