Ripe Cannabis — Attraction in City of Schenectady

Out of 29 dispensaries in the state that I have seen this one is truly the best. Very knowledgeable and passionate. Very experienced and dialed in. Im not quick to say and give praise like that this is the best of the best but all things considered it truly is the best of the best. They know every product in the store front to back. They know the genetics down to the letter. They actually care and want you to be happy. There is no product in there that hasn't been thoroughly vetted first and carefully selected. A wide diverse span of the best NY has to offer. The 3 ppl I spoke with had a shared 90 years of growing experience. Never thought Id say this but I wont go any place else. This is a true gem and well worth a 2 hour drive to get to. They are doing it right. Other shops should take notes. Everything is flushed and clear of nasty contaminants and heavy metals. Nobody to my knowledge or anyone else I've spoken with are as dialed in as these guys. Only review Ive ever left on Google but it's just miles above anyone else and people need to know. If there were awards being handed out it definitely goes to Ripe. Bravo gents. Recommendation is go here if your visiting the state. If anyone disagrees I bet you haven't really looked around. We're from out of town, and there were some really friendly people working here. Ethan and Ally (not sure if I spelled that right) really shined.

So, we were calling around, looking for a place that had knowledge of strains, and what strains are good for what. I called Ripe Cannabis, Ethan picked up, was really friendly, and we even spoke strains a bit over the phone.

After parking behind the store, we get to the door, and Ethan is standing there opening the door for us. We come in, and Ally is really friendly, big smile. We talk for a bit, about what we're looking for, and why we're in town. Overall a great experience.

They have a little system in store showing strains, and Ethan helped us find the stain we're looking for, with a little help with Leafly. The prices are a little higher than average, but the quality is a lot higher, it's so worth it. Ally checks us out, and by the time we're leaving we're laughing and smiling. Next time I'm in New York I'm definitely stopping...

I've been quite a few times so far.. commute from Albany is worth it for sure! This dispensary is by far the best I've been to of quite a few. Pete, Ethan & Alli have each spent time with me inquiring what I'm looking for, touring the shop, explaining the products & recommending personal favorites. Each time I come in they go beyond great customer service & deliver a comfortable experience where I'm confident I have made the correct choice in their vast selection of flower, vapes & edibles. I have always left with (mostly gifts but a treat for myself too, sometimes) exactly what I'm looking for with nothing but positive feedback from everyone I've recommended, too. Their prices are the best I've encountered and customer service puts them at the top without a doubt.
