I got some plastic-canned dry food last weekend. Telling from the name, they are some gel pills made from peach. I got it because Red Chile has a desert made of this and I wanted to try to make it myself. When I took it off the shelf, I felt the cap was a little loose. But I did not think that was a big deal. After I got home and opened the cap, I found the aluminum seal at the opening of the can has a big hole. Fortunately, I kept the receipt. Today, I went back to the shop. I thought I would just exchange for a new one. However, there were no more of the same product. So I had to return the damaged product. The lady, who is likely the owner of the shop, gave me a very hard time: first, she said she could give me a discount; then she brought some other products and tried to make me exchange for those; then she even said it was not a big deal since it was dry product and I would have to wash it anyway. I insisted that I would not take a canned product that has been opened. She finally reimbursed me but with a very bad attitude. She almost threw the old receipt back to me. I tried not to take it personally. Later, I purchased more groceries and had to check out with her again since there were no cashiers on other lanes. I purchased a bunch of things. From the beginning to the end, she did not say a single word and did not offer a box to put the grocery in and just walked away after I paid. Horrible ownership! Only greedy...

We use to come here all the time and always complained about the workers after we left because they would just throw our groceries in boxes (veggies on the bottom, heavy bottle and cans on top!) We ignored it and went on. But today we were checking out and I specifically asked the lady to please put my veggies on top instead of just throwing them in a box. She looked at me and continued what she was doing. When they put our groceries in a cardboard box and filled it full that it will NOT shut I said stop! My husband tried to pick the box up from the counter it was on to put in our cart and the whole bottom of the box fell out and all the bottles and glass jars shattered on the floor and spilled all over my husband. When the workers were cleaning it I had ask if there was something they could do to reimburse us for their poorly bagged items. The manager came out and said it's not a big deal. But yes it was a big deal we had places to go after this. Lee (the manager) said go get it dry cleaned and send me the bill. 1. we did not have time at the moment cause we had more important things to do and 2. we lived 1 hour away. While I was seeing what else he could do for us. He liberally yelled at me when I was just talking to him. I felt like he was going to hit me. He was so close to me and screaming in my face.

NEVER again will we drive all the way up to Syracuse and go to this Fob asian store for our groceries. Poor...

I need to share my very bad experiences to this store, mostly their all money maker tricks. I both groceries and I get fresh peanut $2.55 a lb. cause$4.56 in 1 bag. I just get 1 bag but they charged me twice. I look my receipt and just saw this lastnight, I go back there and I wait the manager and when she came out she is checking the video and using her phone and I look her phone also she's back and forth back and forth . Cant find the video, I told her Im not gonna wait that long and you don't need to refund that $4.56 I just donate that to you and if you need more money I can give you more. because you think I lie just small amout I both some veggies again and I return. I drive 8 miles Just to tell this issue because they have mistake. This lady actually she is really rude. For me this store is tricky because they sell veggies rotten inside and now they charged me twice and try not to believe. I WIISH ALL SHOPPERS NEED TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS AND RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY did to me before selling rotten and now charged twice. OMG I read the other reviews i they have the same issue making more money, corrupt this chinese store. Omg this store is corrupt. I need to asked the police how to stop this corrupt Asian store.. 😐 😭...

My friend passed through Syracuse and bought two coconuts here that turned out to be moldy and spoiled, almost ending up in the ER. The owner’s response was: “With so many items in a supermarket, it’s normal if one or two aren’t fresh. Once you run a business yourself, you’ll understand our difficulties.” As if that wasn’t enough, they even required my friend to haul the two coconuts all the way back from New York to Syracuse just to get a $5 refund. To make it worse, in the online follow-up the male owner repeatedly addressed my friend as “小妹” (“little sister”). In Chinese, this is a patronizing and gendered term — dismissive, unprofessional, and highly inappropriate when a customer is raising a serious food safety issue.

This store was a great find, I truly loved the bakery in the back. The store itself was fully stocked and had some great prices and foods. The only thing I picked up from the fresh veggies were bean sprouts. They were very fresh and lasted an appropriate amount of time. But throughout the store I found a ton of great items to pick up. However, checking out was a bit of madness. It was busy, the cashier rushed you, barely said anything and then once I was back at the house I realized a couple items were missing. I would have to visit this store more than once to know if this was a consistent issue.
