Asian Palace — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

My fiance and I have been ordering from Asian Palace for at least 5 years. It's always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of food including Japanese cuisine. The driver has basically been the same person for just as long, and he's always incredibly friendly. Tonight, for the first time ever, we were missing an appetizer from our order. It was a small thing, just a side order, and it really wasn'ta big deal - 1st time in 5 years that anything like this has ever happened, and we decided to just forget about it, as things do happen. However, not long after the delivery, they actually called us to let us know that they realized the mistake and that the driver was swinging around to drop them off! So check this out. Drove from Canada to stay in cuse for the weekend. Wanted some Chinese food. (I’m from utica so C food is something I’ve been missing)... The white Asian chick with the glasses behind the cash register is a complete disgrace to humanity. She was so rude to my wife (and she’s Asian). Told her that they don’t take credit or debit. But yet got two POS devices on the counter. Told my wife to pay with the credit card. Boy she was mad! Then she want to correct my wife. “You mean curry chicken?” No lady! After providing my address to the Asian Palace employee I was given the ‘go’ to place my delivery order. He never said anything about my location being too far away, took my order and said it would be here in 45 min. 80 minutes later I called to check, and the woman whom I spoke to stated “its on the way”.

I then received a text saying my ‘order was canceled’. I called back and was told by the manager it was ‘too far away’ to deliver……

If it was too far away you should have said so at the beginning of the call. I would have looked into an alternative for my take out, and now it’s too late.

The manager was useless and offered no real solution, other than a bunch of ‘oh I see it’s too far...
